We have stayed at many properties as our four children have grown up and this one ranks number one by far and it’s only a short drive from Sydney. Upon arrival Angela and John made you feel welcome immediately with a welcome card on the bench , chocolates and wine in the fridge. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Not one but three keys to the house so our adult children could come and go as they pleased. A new Lux soap awaiting you in the shower along with the Sheridan towels, not to mention full ice trays in the freezer so you can enjoy a drink on the veranda of an evening as you feed the abundance of bird life and enjoy the view of Copacabana beach. The four bedrooms are a very good size with plenty of living areas with TV’s so you can escape everyone when needed. The reclining lounge is a good place to fall asleep when you put the aircon on and relax in the afternoon in front of the TV with Fetch and the internet was great. We have a lovely stay at Copa Chill out. House was very well equipped with a lovely deck overlooking beautiful Copa beach. Lovely cafes and pizza restaurant close by. A lovely beach holiday.

We hired John's house for my birthday relax weekend with family. It was perfect for what we wanted, a get away from the city. The birds were a fun addition and entertainment, and John was easy to deal with and made me feel welcomed. Found the keys a little bit of a struggle to get into the house. But we worked it out. And the media room for people to sleep in doesn't have a door, not deal breakers but good things to know for this wonderful weekend get away. Thank you John and Angela!

Fantastic property with a great view. The property is clean spacious and situated a short walk from the beach. We had left an item behind after our stay and the owner was very nice and responsive to help us out. Highly recommended.

My friends and I sought to have a week getaway at Copacabana, and John's property exceeded our expectations! With many beds, and plenty of space in the house, we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The house had everything we needed and more, and I would definitely return when I next stay in the Central Coast!

Had a very relaxing stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the view from the balcony and Copacabana beach. House was very clean and tidy, and I was pleased the kitchen was well-equipped.

Our family took a four day break to Copacabana and we couldn't ask for a better place. from the moment we walked in the door we knew we were going to have a great time. Perched over Copacabana the home offered breathtaking views of the beach and bay yet still in walking distance to everything. Waking up to that view and the birds at our doorstep was amazing and so relaxing. The place was spotless and we missed nothing - everything in its place. As we left, the whole family mentioned how they wished we had stayed for longer. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Huge clean family home with a fantastic deck overlooking copacabana beach. The home was clean, tidy, very well presented and easily managed 2 families with plenty of room for all. Kitchen very well equipped for all your cooking needs. Beach was a minute away by car, you could walk but there is a very steep hill on the way home. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. John and Angela were very easy to deal with and responded promptly to any query. I would recommend this property without hesitation. None of us wanted to leave.

Awesome family getaway and was just what we needed to escape the rat race in Sydney. From having breakfast on the deck with our bird friends and the stunning view to the spacious and amazing floor plan made this house an excellent and ideal getaway and back to nature in such a tranquil and invigorating pocket of the central coast. The beach was within walking distance and the lookout was just up the road. John was extremely accommodating and thoughtful and we appreciated his warm and friendly approach at such short notice. What a wonderfully appointed house with spectacular views, making for a very relaxing break. Being able to feed the lorikeets and kookaburras each day was special. The beds were comfy. We drove to the beach due to hot weather and high humidity but you can walk there if keen. Thanks John for your hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, the location the beach was close enough. The house is beautiful and we loved our afternoons or early mornings on the deck. Kids enjoyed sleeping downstairs giving adults some privacy upstairs. Recommend this accommodation for holidays here.

My family loved every minute of our 2 week stay at this beautiful Copa beach house over Christmas. The house is comfortable, spacious, and immaculate inside and out. We had a fantastic family get-away mostly because we stayed in this beautifully maintained house...it't new, clean, fully serviced and most comfortable. The children got a lot of buzz from feeding the birds that visit everyday...highly recommend it!

Great four-bedroom house in Copacabana, Central Coast, NSW. The house has everything supplied (bring your linen), spacious, very well-maintained, has fantastic views over Copacabana beach and is suitable for a variety of travellers including families with children. Owners are extremely helpful and provide great service. Overall impression, this is fantastic house in great location. Highly recommended.
