Perfect for our getaway! Much bigger than we were expecting and very easy to get kids down to the beach!! Will be coming back!

Unit was all that was advertised; a great place, view, beach, location, etc were outstanding! Very clean and everything needed was provided! Close to everything you could need. Minimum walking due to the parking garage was a definite plus!

We were here the week of Christmas with 4 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of room! The condo is even bigger and nicer than we expected. Very clean, modern, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and blankets provided, and the most beautiful view! It was a little cool to use the lazy river and slides much, but I know this would be a lot of fun in warmer weather. However, the warm indoor pool and hot tubs were a big hit with us! We have already decided that we will choose this condo again on our next trip to Orange Beach!

I just have to start with this condo is a lot bigger than the photos show. I thought it was just going to be a cozy little apartment that we could squeeze our party of 5 into, but in reality it was surprisingly spacious. We had a little trouble at check in but was totally my fault and only because i obviously can’t read instructions properly. I called the owner and he was so patient and kind and made sure I found the information needed before we got off the phone. The apartment felt almost brand new. It was really clean with modern furniture that was also clean. It had all the appliances you might need including a coffee pot, a pod coffee machine, blender, etc. The bedrooms again had modern furniture and beds that were comfortable. There was also extra blankets in the closets which was nice. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was absolutely AMAZING. There is nothing worse than being at the beach all day and then trying to wash off the sand with a dribble out of the tap. We spent a lot of our time on the balcony. We watched the sun rise and set, ate our meals etc. It’s has a table with chairs and two loungers with lots of space still left. The facilities again were great and really clean. Lazy river and water side were a first stop coming from the beach and then onto the hot tubs and indoor pool. All clean all very well maintained. Overall 10/10 . No one wanted to leave when it was time to go and we can’t wait to visit again!

Right on the beach and around a lot of really good restaurants! My boys loved the slide for the pool! We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was so much greater than our expectations. Everything was so clean and well put together. The location of the property was so close to everything, which made it so convenient. I also loved how they had a outside closet for beach items so we were not carrying all the sand into the condo. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here Sept 2023 with my family. Was perfect space. Actually larger in person. Super clean, private, and safe. Pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen well with dishes, small appliances etc. Pods provided for washing machine and dishwasher. Hand soap, small shampoo/conditioners provided. Storage room available for outdoor items like chairs, floats and coolers. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall very enjoyable. One of the bedrooms had sand in the bed along with the comforter had a mildew smell. The windows in the guest bedrooms need a blind or shutters. A lot of light in the room at night. Hard to sleep. The kitchen was not stocked as well as the other condos we have stayed in. Great location and the lazy River a big plus.

Awesome condo! Pics are accurate! Lots of room! Friendly management staff! Super easy walk to beach. Waterside and lazy river were SO much fun :). Would highly recommend this property!!

This condo was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The view was great from the well furnished patio. The owners were easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in the Orange Beach/Perdido Key area since our girls was little, and have tried to continue the tradition now they are both in college. We booked the Patterson’s unit and was very happy with everything about it. I liked the location being centrally located to everything Orange beach/Gulf Shore/ Perdido key. We had fun at the beach and enjoyed watching dolphins, rays and some small sharks cruising. One thing i wanted to mention is a lot have commented on towels; we had no issues with the quantity or quality of those provided in the unit. We brought beach towels and ran a load of towels in the washer/dryer. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals that we fixed at the condo. We enjoyed our stay and will look at it in the future.

We loved every minute of our stay st the Patterson condo!… Everything about it was Perfect!! We had 5 adults and two young children ,& there was plenty of room for us all.. Loved that each room had their own bathroom! Also,decorated Besutiful!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Large enough for our 10 person family. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and we loved sitting and watching the storm. Condo maintenance crew were nice and gave us some free beach chairs that they were going to throw away. They are good about safety and closed the pool/hottub during the storms. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming. Loved that the tv already had apps logged in on it and we loved the in room laundry. Condo owners made us aware that there would be someone to look at a broken ice machine during our stay which was nice so we weren't alarmed. The cleanliness could use some work. There was food caked on some of the utensils that were put away, dirty cups in the cabinet, my bed was full of sand and our feet were black almost instantly after showering (cleaning company needs to mop). Other than that we loved the place and will definitely be back in the future.

This property was very nice. We had 3 couples in total and two small children. I absolutely loved that each bedroom had an attached bathroom! Each bedroom was spacious and the beds were all comfy. There were TVs in every room. The patio was expansive and had a large patio table to eat at, as well as lounge chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen accessories. The property had a large indoor pool an two indoor hot tubs. There was a lazy river and a fun slide just outside the pool area. There was very easy access to the beach which was only a few steps away from the pool area. The condo is very centrally located with grocery stores and places to eat just across the street. Most of the activities are only a short 5-15 min. drive away. Besides spending time on the beach, we went to an escape room, sailed the seas on a pirate ship, took a dolphin eco tour that included a water gun fight with a sister boat, Enjoyed live music on the bay, swam in the indoor pool, and played cards and games late into the night. We had a blast. Hope you do too.

This was our second stay at the property. We loved the stay, accommodations and surrounding area. Great spot for kids, gorgeous beach. Memories made!

The condo was fantastic and spacious. Accommodated my family of 6 vey well. Every couple had their own room and private bathroom. Located right on the beach.

Great location, in Orange Beach. Perfect size for our family get together. Easy access to groceries, restaurants and shopping.

Home away from home!

Everything was just perfect. The unit had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. We also liked that the grocery was just across the street. We will definitely recommend this condo to other friends and family.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was in the perfect location as well. There are only a few minor criticisms that would have improved this unit, but would not deter us from staying here again. A few things we noticed: the front bedrooms needed blackout curtains or shutters as the hallway lights were very bright at night; we couldn’t find any coasters in the unit and did not want to ruin the furniture; and the bath towels were very thin and small. All that being said, we still loved this place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Absolutely gorgeous condo. Enjoyed every minute

Loved the room. Only complaint we have with the room was the refrigerator would not get real cold, even on coldest setting. The property manager- Linda- is not very welcoming or nice. My son had an accident. And she did not care to see if he was okay:( did not offer to help at all) all she cared about was a incident report to get filed. And she kept calling even when we were in the ER with him. She is VERY rude!

The condo was just as pictured; beautiful inside and out. Every day started and ended on the balcony enjoying the amazing view of the Gulf. There were plenty of amenities for everyone; the lazy river was everyone's favorite after a long, hot day on the beach. The location was perfectly located near shops, restaurants (Starbucks!) and Gulf Shores. Definitely worth the money and will be back!
