The house had everything we needed for our family ski trip. Loved the garage/boot warmer to store gear. The walk to Payday chair was 5 minutes and super easy! The walk to town was easy too, but also on the free shuttle . Can’t say enough about the responsiveness of the management company. We had several requests and needs and they were on it!! Have rented a lot and have never experienced service like we did. Thanks for making our trip extra enjoyable!

Perfect location if you're trying to see both downtown Park City and the mountain. We were able to walk downtown for drinks and dinner within 10-12 minutes. We were also able to get our gear on in the heated garage and walk to the base of the mountain within 5-7 minutes. The hot tub was great after a long day on the mountain. The kitchen was loaded with tools and accessories to cook. The house was clean and organized. Adobe was really responsive and helpful leading up to the stay. We comfortably slept 8 people and never felt like there wasn't enough space.

My friends and I stayed here for a ski trip. The house was very close to the lifts and had plenty of room for our group. The place was clean and trendy and the property staff were very helpful. Highly recommend this house for a ski trip!

The house is great. Super close to the ski lift (Payday and Crescente), and also near the Main St. We had a wonderful time as a family of 10. The beds are super comfortable. The water pressure in the showers could be a little stronger, but it is fine.

Had an incredible week of skiing. The house is just steps from the Park City mountain ski resort and a short walk to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Perfect location and very comfortable and efficient home. We are frequent renters and highly recommend this house.

We loved our stay here in Park City! The house was lovely and very well equipped with everything we needed during our trip, and was a pretty quick walk to Main St. The rocking chairs on the front porch were such a nice touch - perfect for sipping coffee and looking out across the hills.

Very nice home. Our family of 10 including two grandkids stayed here for a wedding. This is one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen in a vacation home! Would highly recommend.

The house was in a great location! Close Tom main st and right down the street from park city mountain. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking which was nice since we stayed for a long time. House perfectly fit my family and abode was wonderful to work with!

Very happy with the place. Like the location. Was set up well as each bedroom had a bath. Near everything but not really walking distance. We probably could have. Little things to improve The fireplace fan doesn’t work, master bath sink is slow, would stay again

The place was super convenient for getting to skiing. The house was great for hanging out and having space. If you plan to walk to main street, you will need to be ready for some hills.

Weekend Ski Trip
The property is in the best location if you're in PC to ski. It's almost in the parking lot it's so close. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to wake up and head out.
A big benefit to this house is the management company. You could call, text, or email.
We make this trip every few years. I will look into renting this house again.

Perfect for our group of 9. House was super clean and very well stocked. Loved the Abode brand bathroom products! Location is amazing—just a few min walk for skiing and about 15 min walk to Main Street. Management company was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The property management company for this vacation rental is AWESOME!! They are actively responsive and play the role of uber-host for your stay in Park City. This was our third family vacation here, and this was the BEST location (within walking distance of groceries, trailheads, recreation and downtown), property (more amenities than expected and everything in ready-to-use-and-enjoy order) and management by far.

Worth every penny
The house was perfect for long weekend visit with 4 friends meeting to celebrate a big birthday in Park City. 4 BR’s each with own bath made life simple and house was just what we hoped for and in truth nicer than the pics. Short straw got the bunk bedroom but he said it was fine. Management company was great with communication and ensured our visit was the best.

Perfect Vacation Home Minutes from Lift
Family/adult friendly spacious 4-bdrm home less than 5 minutes walk to the Park City Ski Lifts or Restaurants. You’ll be grateful for the short distance after a fun filled day of skiing to be able to jump into the always ready hot tub or enjoy a relaxing evening by the fireplace. There are plenty of games for the kiddos to enjoy. The kitchen was perfect to cook meals with plenty of spices and cookware. There was plenty of hot water for our weeklong stay which consisted of 3 families (5 adults and 3 kids). We will definitely be staying here on future return trips.

Beautiful home with an awesome location
Beautiful fully furnished home within a short walking distance to the slopes and downtown. Wonderful place to relax after a full day of play. The home was clean and fully stocked allowing for a no fuss vacation. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect location for an awesome house
This place was perfect! Walking distance to the lifts and downtown with a garage and room to park a 2nd (and maybe 3rd car) in the driveway. With parking being such a hassle we quickly appreciated what a plus that is. The house itself is immaculate, must've been recently remodeled because all of the amenities were practically new and the bathrooms were very nice. Having 3 levels was also nice as it provided plenty of space to get away and take a nap in peace & quiet if you need to after a long day on the slopes. Would stay again at the drop of a hat and would definitely recommend!

Walking Distance to Slopes!
The house is a cozy 4 bedrooms, which was perfect for our party of 8 people. (5 adults and 3 kids). The bunkbed room was perfect for all the kids to play and sleep. The house is stocked with everything you could need. It was very convenient to walk over to park city mountain village in the morning and avoid the parking situation for skiing. There is a nice fireplace and hot tub included in the property.. both great for the cold days and nights. The owners were very friendly and responsive to our requests. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Park City.
