This 1st floor unit was perfect with younger kids! The pool was super convenient and the beach was just a short walk to the white sand. We had plenty of space for our family of five and even a quick visit of grandparents who found the location easy for them to get around. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was so easy to communicate with, left a super nice gift, and even messaged us that the unit was ready early!

We stayed during the week of fall break with our two girls, 9 and 4. Within the first 20 minutes of arriving, we were already saying that we needed to book for next year! The girls saw a pirate ship and DOLPHINS pretty much immediately after we set our bags down. The grassy area was great for playing and the location of the pool was beyond convenient. I was able to sit on the patio and watch my oldest swimming while my youngest napped and my husband got some work done at the bedroom desk! The walk to the beach was short and easy and we were out there quite a bit.
The inside was wonderful as well! The furniture was super comfy and the beds and pillows were just heavenly! There is an amazing ice machine in the bar area as well which was insanely convenient for beach coolers!
The area was fantastic, with lots of delicious food within a very short distance. Many places have huge open areas for kids, so going out with the whole family was actually really fun! We even found quite a bit of live music which made it that much more fun!
We will absolutely be going back again and can't wait to stay at this beautiful condo next time!!

We enjoy our stay at this beautiful condo again this year and have already booked for next year! Bedding is super comfy! Location to Orange beach shops and dining is easy to walk too! The property it’s self has been totally updated and being on the first floor we could come and go to the beach very easy! We love this unit and highly recommend It!

We had a fantastic time here. It was probably the most convenient location of anywhere we have stayed. The condo was amazing. Very clean and very much room! We will certainly be trying to come back in the future. Thank you Mr Greg! It was exceptional!

This condo is so much more than the pictures even represent. It is a luxury condo, clean, and the beds are comfy. It’s the best place we have stayed at in the area. I highly recommend! We had so much space and everything we needed for an amazing week. The walk to the pool and beach was super easy and the view was great for a first floor condo. The owner, Greg, was very responsive and helpful the entire stay.

Great Property!
We had a wonderful trip to Orange Beach and enjoyed this updated unit very much! Everything so very enjoyable and we had plenty of space to relax in the unit. The location is perfect as it will be a very easy walk to the beach once the new pool in completed. We had 1 little situation but spoke with the manager immediately and he handled it with zero problems! The property manager was extremely helpful, excellent communication and very easy and accommodating to work with! We will absolutely come back to this unit again in the future!

There is not enough space in this comment section to allow me to express the gratitude I have for Greg and the amazing rental property.
We were 5 evacuees from Hurricane Ida and finding this property was a true godsend. The newly remodeled unit is the penultimate example of cozy beach cottage decor. Amazing use of space that they were able to fit 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. At first hesitant about the first floor location BUT this particular rental unit is a rarity. This was the easiest stroll to the beach ever. The adorable patio had us just mere steps from the beach and tops any of my previous “balconies” we’ve had at some of those luxury towers. The owner’s responsiveness to our messages and questions were as quick as if you were texting a close friend/family member.

Gorgeous condo - amazing views!!
This condo is wonderful - the updates, décor and view are simply gorgeous! Communication with owner was excellent. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and enjoyed every minute of our 4 day stay.

I can't say enough about how well supplied the unit is with all the conveniences of home, the easy access of walking out the back door for an easy walk straight to the beach, and walking out the front door to Walmart or Rouses for your grocery needs.

We had a wonderful time staying in The Hill’s condo. The new renovations and furnishings are beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. Being ground level and on the corner, we had a private yard for our children to play and only steps away from the pool. We were surprised at how close the beach was and we had a great view being ground level. We will definitely book again!

Great stay, great location!
Really enjoyed our stay! The location of this particular unit can’t be beat. 1st floor, very close to the beach, great view, great back patio space plus the green space to play cornhole, washers, or any other yard games. Everything inside has been newly remodeled. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying in The Hill’s condo. The new renovations and furnishings are beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. Being ground level and on the corner, we had a private yard for our children to play and only steps away from the pool. Corner unit provides privacy with view of ocens, easy steps to beach
My favorite part of the condo is the fact it is ground floor and a corner unit. The way it is situated gives a feeling of privacy. There's a nice flat lawn great for cornhole. A few steps from the condo is the pool. You can cut through the pool area to the board walk and literally just a few steps to be on the beach. The host show true hospitality and the condo was clean and comfortable.

A perfect week on the beach
We stayed for a week with 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids, there was plenty of room in the condo, and being on the first floor was perfect for the kids. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and amazing views of the beach. There were a few days the algae was bad at the beach, so we drove 5 minutes to Alabama point beach, the water was perfectly clear there. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommend.

This property is amazing. Condo is always clean and well maintained. Owners are always available for communication. Location is perfect. Ground floor on the corner with plenty of space to store your beach items. Look forward to staying there again.

Wonderful Stay In Orange Beach
We had a wonderful experience from the start working with Greg (the owner). He was very responsive, kind, and attentive.
The condo is on the ground level and a corner unit. The beach was right out the sliding glass door. The rooms were spacious, kitchen well equipped, and a very convenient location to the grocery stores, restaurants and sights. Added plus, it had three full bathrooms.
The property for the price was outstanding.
I would definitely recommend it. We hope to revisit this property in the future.

Look no further!
You will not be disappointed if you book Enclave 101! The unit is very clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach is one of the easiest you will ever have. The grassy area outside the unit is nice to have especially if you have young kids. The view from this first floor unit is spectacular, whether on the “balcony” or lounging in the living area. The pool is only steps away and the indoor pool is especially nice to have on rainy days or cool nights. The condo is right across the street from many grocery stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops. I cannot say enough great things about Enclave 101 but the best thing about this unit is the owners! They are always quick with a response and very helpful. On the heals of COVID-19 communication was key and we couldn’t have asked for someone more understanding and patient as the Hill’s. They helped us take this time of uncertainty and turn it into some great family memories. Our search for a beach condo is over. We will definitely be booking again!
