Swimming pool out of use. Asked for ground floor with cot cos of small children. Was out upstairs and no cot. Rooms are stupidly small and nothing like the pictures. No cooker self-catering just a microwave. Couldn't swing a cat in there. Shower tiny and not good for adults. When I complained on arrival they wouldn't give me any discount but said I can cancel free of charge......what good is that when we are there. Would never stay here again. There was a screws sticking out of the floor with my small kids running round. Absolute joke.

Close to beach, plenty space on beach. Friendly place, good customer service.

The chalet was comfortable but needed an oven and clothes horse, plus more hangers. The beach was lovely

We chose this chalet because there was use of a swimming pool, unfortunately this was not the case, it had a big impact on our holiday and cost of other entertainment for my 15 year old grandson. Not a lot to do in Prestatyn the amusements are very old and very limited, definitely needs a lot of investment

You can hear *everything* Some of the work was shoddy Food at the hotel restaurant is overpriced No privacy unless all the blinds are completely closed, and then you need the lights on. Only 1 incredibly bright light in the children's room 😬

asked for a ground floor due to medical reasons (cancer and heart condition due to treatments) plus having a dog but non where available, so we had to leave early as couldn't manage the stairs all the time and RSH called I needed to go back into hospital for an ASAP heart scan, they couldn't offer us a refund for the night we wouldn't be staying

The location was a perfect trip to the beach. The food at the hotel was delicious. Loved the freedom of staying at the chalet. The staff were helpful and polite.

The chalets need a make over on the outside they look tatty. Considering the work that needs doing on the outside the price of the accommodation should be lower.

excellent position near the sea back window very large facing Pontins chalet windows, literally yards away, the roller blind not working and despite repeated requests were action was promised it was not until the last evening that housekeeping called and rectified the issue. due to privacy we slept the first 2 nights on the bed clothed.

Response to our complaint instead of committing to ownership then nothing.

Location was great, right next to the beach. The facilities were very good, with a very nice swimming pool. The restaurant staff was great and received us despite being extremely busy and we had no reservation.

The room cleanliness was not what we expected, there was some flaked paint on one of the bed covers. There was a wedding during one of the days of our stay, which was did not have a designated function and somehow affected the hotel / restaurant guests.

Easy to find location and is a walk to the beach. Very friendly and polite staff in reception and very helpful when we require assistance of high chair borrow, swimming time tables and arrival where my stay is. Shalet in the inside is ideal for a couple of night stay. A smart tv in the stay was a massively surprise!! Lovely brand new travel cot for my daughter. swimming pool was clean and warm! The jacuzzi in the pool was good too. Food was decent we had for tea very friendly waiters and waitresses, they interacted with my daughter who’s only one and made us feel welcomed.

The Shalets on the outside looks 2 star and is once use to be part of potions, the inside is ideal if I be picky it would be the back windows of the kitchen and second bedroom which had marks on from the outside where the potions resort is… definitely needs cleaning and TLC, not the resorts fault. Had dinner was a bit expensive for 2 meals, 2 puddings and two drinks - couldn’t fault the food otherwise.

the property is in fantastic place for the beach and close enough for shop’s.

the only problem I have is I’m a light sleeper. guests walking around at night. sound proofing could be improved.
