The house was perfect for our family and another family. The kids had a blast in the pool all day everyday. Having a coffee on the back deck looking out over the mountains - hard to beat. The owner reached out proactively prior to stay passing along her contact information. We would stay here again - especially the kids as already asking when we would be going back.

Beautiful home near Cleveland, Ga. Big enough for our family of eleven. Close to Helen, Ga, Babyland General, and several hiking trails. The home had a beautiful pool that my family enjoyed. Restaurants aee cluee.

We arrived on Saturday June 30th, 2024. The house was very clean. Compared to other VRBO stays this house was represented as the description said. . The air is very cold and it has 4 thermostats. The house could use some updating but the home is nice. I was impressed with my communication with Ms Pat. She was attentive and helped with any issues that I encountered. The only issue we had was the pool was very cloudy when we arrived. Ms Pat handled this issue every day and had pool people to help clear it up. I cannot say thank you enough. Lastly the home is very close to Cleveland, Helen, Clarksville.

We had a great time staying at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and playing pool. We had a great time tubing and exploring Helen. We also took the hike to Anna Ruby Falls. It’s beautiful. It was a great getting away.

First off, the place was massive. There were 4 couples staying here and you would’ve been able to go the entire time without seeing anyone. Rooms were spacious, beds were extremely comfortable and the views were spectacular. Patricia was a delight to communicate with and extremely helpful and accommodating. If I’m ever in the area I will certainly look here first as well as recommend other to. Could not have been a better experience.

Our trip was fantastic. Patricia our Host was excellent. She kept us up to date on all of the amenities of the house which was a wonderful home. The mountain views are breathtaking. we highly recommend this place if you have a large gathering with family or just friends getting together to do wine tours and visit Helen this is the place to be.

We thoroughly enjoyed our annual Family all Gal trip to the Georgia mountains! The house was very comfortable and clean along with offering a relaxing pool and gorgeous Mountain Views from the deck. Our host was very accommodating and eager to please! I can highly recommend this property for a trip to Helen, Cleveland, Clarksville , Dahlonega and Dawsonville. You will not be disappointed!

Our family of 10 ( ages 69 to 14) stayed most of the week here. Plenty of room for us all to enjoy togetherness as well as retreats for solitude. The view is the best! Enjoyed the fire pit, games of billiards, big screen football games, board games, hot tub, oh - did I say THE VIEW! Family also enjoyed the very stocked kitchen - we cooked & ate all the time. Enjoyed Helen & nearby waterfalls. Very gracious host that very rapidly responded to a concern with the hot tub - excellent communication!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is beautiful. The house was centrally located to all the activities the family wanted to participate in. However, the house is full of antique furniture and breakables. In fact, we did break a lamp in game room; but the owner was very understanding and nice about it. The house was clean, but the grounds around the pool needed a lot of work. All in all we enjoyed out stay very much.

This property is very nice, has plenty of space and supplies, and check-in was very easy. The property has scenic and amazing views from the porches and a gorgeous pool and hot tub. Communication with the owner Patricia was quick and easy! The rooms are very nice, A/C works great and we had everything we needed! Will definitely stay again!!

Great for a group of friends or family
The house is large and the views are incredible from the front AND the back. Beds and all the furniture very comfy and plentiful. Every deck or gathering spot had seating for the entire group so hanging out together was so easy. We would stay here again for sure.

Family trip to celebrate our Mother's 81st birthday - everything was perfect and just as described. Property was beautiful, lots of room, mountain views were amazing - we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed pool, hot tub, fire pit and everything! Definitely recommend and plan to return!

Best weekend ever!!!
The photos are just the beginning! It truly is beautiful, spacious, and was so easy to relax in! We had a group of 12 ladies staying and we had a wonderful time! We like to cook, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare all our meals! It was so spacious too, so easy to maneuver and get everyone in. The view was perfect, and we had most of our meals outside on the back porch and in the sunroom 😍 Patricia was so helpful and welcoming, easy, contactless check in, but made sure I knew she was available. Amenities were lovely, rooms were great, and sunrises and sunsets were amazing to watch. We couldn’t get enough of the pool and hot tub though! I definitely want to go back for a future trip!!!

You couldn't ask for anything more than this property offers for the area. The views, pool, hot tub, and an amazing house are great for small or large groups. It's basically 2 homes in 1 with all the other amenities. Patricia was a wonderful host and we will definitely be visiting again, hopefully very soon.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves, however the decor needs to be updated and decluttered for a more comfortable stay. Patricia was helpful and answered our questions promptly. The house has plenty room but every space is filled. Our family described it as staying at grandmas. The views are beautiful.

Cockroaches
Property had several bugs including two cockroaches. Will not return again. Property manager did not provide full refund so I'm working directly with Vrbo to get the refund since it's a serious health and safety issue.

Great Getway!
My whole family enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and the house was very comfortable. We loved the pool & hot tub and the view from the deck is amazing. It's a short drive to Helen and we will definitely be back!

Delightful location, perfect home!
My family (adult children and grandchildren) spent an amazing 5 day stay at this delightful home. The photos do not do it justice! The views are magical, the home and property are full of lovely treasures and special places to explore (a sundial in the pool area was a special find). The pool was just right (the biggest hit with the grandchildren). The location feels remote, but there is a Walmart within 10 minutes...as well as Cleveland donuts - another great find.
