I recently stayed here with my sisters and father. Lilliana, Pierre and Gregoire were so welcoming to us. This trip was to celebrate my father finishing chemo treatments and we could not have had a better stay. The flat is more beautiful in person! We enjoyed the rooftop patio as well. Thank you to Lilliana for setting up a very early morning cab ride back to the airport for us. They are very gracious hosts and we would love to return!

Beautiful, comfortable condo. More spacious than what pictures can show. Wonderfully decorated and super clean. Rooftop seating area with wonderful views. Delightful hosts. Only good things to be said.

First, let me say that the location is amazing. You won't find a better place assuming that you like being in the lower town and don't mind going up the hill often. Next the place is family owned and run and the family is often on site. They are more than wonderful and helpful. The roof deck is a delight and was a perfect setting to watch fireworks over the river. The apartment itself is very very spacious and has lots going for it. Our only issues were as follows: The primary bedroom has only a tub with a handheld sprayer. Though charming, this is very inconvenient. It should have a shower. Next, the floors were somewhat dirty. Walking around barefoot or in socks, we got dirty feet pretty often. Not a deal breaker, but it could use a good mopping. Lastly, the kitchen needs updating. Though plenty good for storing milk for your coffee or having snacks, if you want to cook in it, it is not great. They supply some pans and utensils, but they are not of great quality. There is little counter space. The stove is very small. Overall, a great place that I would definitely book again. I would have given it 4.5 stars if I could.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful penthouse condo. The place was very comfortable and we loved having our own rooms/bathrooms. Pierre and Greg were so kind and helpful. The condo is in such a great location with wonderful views of the St. Lawrence!!! We all want to return with our spouses and other friends. Will definitely recommend to others.

Our family of 6 had an amazing stay at Royal Dalhousie! The property was as described/pictured if not better. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager was gracious with our arrival time and very pleasant to chat with. We highly recommend this spacious apartment for your next stay in Quebec. We hope to be back here in future travels.

The apartment is located within walking distance to everything in Old Quebec. We had a wonderful visit! The beds were very comfortable made up with nice linens. Bathrooms had more than enough clean towels as well as soaps and shampoo. The hosts were very accommodating and were quick to reply to communications! We’ll be back!

Our group of 5 loved our stay in the Champlain apartment at Royal Dalhousie. Beyond the aesthetic and comfort of the unit, the condo was well-located in a spot just a few steps from the more pedestrian area of Old Quebec. The host couldn't have been any more polite and helpful.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The view out the beautiful windows overlooked the park and the river. Shops and dining were about 1/2 block away.

This is a beautiful and spacious property (even nicer than the photos). It is in a perfect location: the heart of the lower town, right across from the river, and steps from numerous charming restaurants, shops, and of course the Musee de la Civilisation. The hosts are gracious, caring, and responsive. The building is very accessible for those with mobility issues thanks to the elevator. The kitchen is well-appointed, making group meals a breeze. It was perfect for our two families plus kids, and we can't wait to return. Can't say enough good things!

What a wonderful week we had in Quebec City!! Our hosts were so accommodating in every aspect. Great restaurant selections, called taxis for us, helped us find our way around Lower Town. We can not thank them enough! Hats off to Liliane and Pierre! Absolutely Wonderful!!

This is a very spacious apartment in the lower city. Great proximity to everything that Quebec City has to offer. Comfortable beds. Everything as advertised. Surprisingly generous with towels and the kitchen is much better stocked than I expected. A little challenging to find a grocery store so bring items with you if you intend to cook meals.

Really perfect. Space for everyone. Quiet but right in the middle of everything. Highly recommend the ebike sharing àVélo (bring a helmet, over 16) usually there were bikes right out front and made the whole city accessible. It was hot while we were there and this made it easier to be out exploring. The condo is just as pictured but even more spacious than it appears. Everything was perfect. We were very lucky to be there on a night there was a beautiful firework show which was right in front of the condo. The rooftop deck was like front row seats. Pierre made sure to mention to us on check in or we would not have known!

Property is in a prime location for exploring on foot, river views through huge windows are fabulous. Place is sparkling clean and comfortable for a large group and having parking directly outside was a huge plus.

A wonderful building close to all the action. Wonderful property manager Ed, went above and beyond to insure we had a great stay. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the view of the river. It's within as short walk to the Veniculaire and the Umbrella district. It's the perfect place to stay.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to go on this holiday. I am not able to rate the rooms on wether they were 5 stars but I would like to say that Ken and Carol were amazing to work with. I had to change my booking twice and they changed it no problem. Super easy to work with, no hassle. I felt bad, I hadn't realized my party had not cancelled the booking but were a no show. I know that was a huge inconvenience. I could tell that they were frustrated but they were still polite. I would recommend this property and hope to one day be able to go.
