In short, the process of reserving, staying, and departing was a breeze. The owner is very communicative and is easy to work with; it made coming home bittersweet.

Brent was very flexible in allowing us to get in the rental early and stay a little later due to our flight schedule! The location and view were terrific! Only complaint was trying to get the TV set up..but once we figured it out we had no issues!

The studio was beautiful! Bed is soft and comfy. Having an apartment size fridge with a real freezer feels like a luxury in a studio. First floor location was convenient and still had a great view. We were able to spot dolphins several times. The walk to the water is short and easy and beach chairs are available as part of the condo, you just need to go reserve them! The only two (very minor) downsides were that the machinery noise from the condo building next door drowned out the ocean sounds at times and while there is dish soap and a dishwasher pod, there wasn’t a packet of detergent. Like I said, very minor. Walmart is nearly across the street for anything you need. And Pineapple Joe’s is walkable on the beach and has great food and refillable drinks!

Found this by doing random search and could not be more pleased. It was easy booking and Brent the owner was awesome every time I sent an email or text to him asking questions. Brent responds quickly and was just awesome with how he responds. He responds like he is your best friend even though you've never met. The condo was clean and perfect for a couple just looking for a get away. I could go on and on but will just say it was great the whole experience and dealing with Brent was great. Will be looking to book this same place every year from now on.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Check in was easy, and security was friendly and extremely helpful. We had a small motorcycle trailer that security let us park near the guard shack for extra safety. Huge plus for us! (They do have restricted times of the year for trailers, so check before you book) The condo unit itself was perfectly designed. The vent placement over the bed with a ceiling fan made for a cool nights sleep and the bed itself was very comfortable. Easy access to the unit without the need for elevators was also nice, especially with social distancing! We left our shoes at the door and went straight to the beach! Bathroom & shower were nice and roomy. The washer and dryer was very convenient, as well a a nice storage shelf and full length mirror. Again, perfect design! The balcony was also nice, tall haddock chairs & table so you can see over the railing and get the best view! Absolutely loved our stay and owner was a pleasure to work with. I never worried about a thing. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything!

The place was very nice and just what we needed for only 2 people for a short stay. The condo was in a good location with a great view of the ocean. We also got 2 chairs with an umbrella every day which was included with the condo. Our condo had everything we needed in it as well. And the property owner was wonderful and answered any of my questions.

This is our 6th year in PCB, so we’ve stayed in different condos throughout years and this one was no exception on being a good one! The only gripe I had, was that you can hear people slamming doors and flushing toilets from the upstairs and in the unit to the side, but what are you gonna do, right? And also, there were wet towels in the dryer that I discovered on the second day of our stay, so idk if the cleaning staff just forgot to remove it or what.. but it’s no big deal. Overall, I recommend this clean, convenient condo. The fact that it’s on the first floor saves so much time not having to wait for the elevator! You sacrifice the views, but it’s ok. Also, it is perfect for two people!

Room was clean and property was fantastic. Pool area is amazing. Communication with Brent was excellent and he was very attentive.

Brent was very easy to book with. He even helped out re-booking when I entered our dates incorrectly. Brent was easily contacted by text on our arrival when he attempted to get us an earlier check-in, at our request. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to accommodate this because the cleaning crew was behind from the extra-busy time we were traveling. I was worried the studio rental unit would be too small, but it was perfect. I recommend it for a traveling couple. It is situated in an ideal location - it's steps to the beach and your vehicle, and it's close to the restaurants, bars, and shopping. Only one short flight of stairs up from the parking lot made it easily accessible - no waiting for elevators with this rental. We even pulled the truck right up to the stairs for loading and unloading at the beginning and end of our stay - very convenient! The king bed was super comfortable. It had a soft foam topper and extra-large pillows for a restful night's sleep. The couch and side chair were great for relaxing while watching the large wall mounted television. The TV is big enough to watch from the bed as well. The unit had a new full-sized stacked washer and dryer (not the usual rental-unit miniature version) which accepted full loads of clothes. The dryer worked well, even tackling our beach towels. Be sure to watch the beautiful sunsets from the balcony overlooking the beach. The balcony has 2 sturdy Adirondack patio chairs and a table. Pineapple Willy's is a quick walk-on-the-beach away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall it was a great experience. Small snafu at check in with door code but it was fixed and owner made it right. My wife and I stayed for a week. I must say, we loved the unit, clean, comfortable and even nicer than advertised. My in-laws had a bigger unit a couple of doors down that was not as updated or nice. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone going that is a couple or maybe a couple with a small child. It was a great value.
