Excellent from all perspectives. The pool is not amazing but the pool deck is great for sun tanning. Overall this is a great hotel.

Sometimes it's hard to access with the traffic in the area.

It is always a great hotel to stay. Staff extremely nice and so helpful. Room nice and clean with everything you need. Spacious shower and bathroom. Easy walk to Business Bay Metro Station.

The rooms were very spacious, and very clean. Lots of wardrobe and luggage storage. Bed was quite comfortable. Staff were friendly. Suzan makes a great cappuccino in the restaurant. Location of the hotel is great, we loved walking up to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall of an evening.

Would really love it if someone made the bed properly, you’d pull down the doona and the sheets would untuck, watching the staff remake it the next day when my room was being made up, i noticed that they scrunch the sheets under.. an easy lift of the mattress would allow for the sheet to be easily pulled right under. so I found myself constantly remaking the bed. I find this is an issue I’m most places these days. Location of the hotel is good, but it has lots of congestion during the day. Every time we needed valet, he was somewhere else, and when he’d come back to his station, he was in no rush. So we just started parking the car ourselves. It almost looked like they were understaffed in terms of concierge and valet.

Очень крутой отель и в особенности его сотрудники. Отдельное спасибо Мухаммаду, который: а) заселил меня раньше времени чек-ина б) сделал бесплатный апгрейд номера. Мне дали номер с панорамным видом, это вообще топ. в) он ещё и по-русски говорит Чувствовал себя очень комфортно. Номера чистые, опрятные. Завтрак тоже отличный. Расположение отеля тоже очень хорошее. Все прям очень хорошо.

Очень хороший отель! Вежливый персонал, ежедневная уборка! На ресепшен есть рускоговорящий сотрудник Мухамед, повысил нам уровень номера с шикарным видом! Расположен отель не далеко от Дубай Мол, Рядом метро, в самом отеле есть магазин продуктовый. В общем все понравилось, рекомендую!

Good value for money, convenient location and spacious rooms. Good option if you’re not planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel and just want a base to go back to.

The pool area is not very well maintained, the sun lounges are old and stained, the towels provided were almost falling apart. The battery on my bedroom door lost its charge and I was not able to go back in, they had to call an engineer and almost made me late for my flight. This seems like an old system that should be changed.

Hotel was ok, staff friendly. Room I was in was ok in size, bed was comfortable (except for the pillow. Gym was sufficient and the pool area is nice

Location is horrible. Traffic is a disaster around there, therefore i will not book this hotel again. The pillows are too soft (for me) and the coffee they serve for breakfast is impossible. I think it is bad to charge extra for decent coffee if you book the hotel with breakfast. Finally the entrance of the property is not inviting, and not visible from the road. The barriers are closed and very few taxis come inside.

It was lovely stay the room was spacious and comfortable, close to the centre of the city near the burj Khalifa mall,definitely will come again, staff is very professional specially thanks to mehran,he was very helpful and fast

Large bed

Room service 50% off is not accurate - they merely inflate prices in rhe room by 100% and then discount by 50% to get to same price as restaurant downstairs. Food also is not very good at all.
