Foarte curat, camere spatioase, dotate cu de toate, cladirea amplasata in apropierea centrului si a Gradinii Botanice. Desi accesul se facea cu ajutorul unor coduri, totusi am fost asteptati si ajutati sa ajungem in camere, de catre o persoana deosebit de amabila. Am primit si sfaturi foarte utile in legatura cu parcarea. Am fost foarte multumiti.

Ar fi fost bun un loc de parcare al proprietatii :)) Dar pentru zona aceea a Clujului a fost destul de bine si cu parcarea cu plata de vis-a-vis. Avand in vedere ca o parte din zi am fost plecati, iar intre orele 21-7 parcarea e gratis, tariful parcarii a fost destul de convenabil.

Doar faptul ca este aproape de Institutul Oncologic „Prof. Dr. Ion Chiricuță” Cluj-Napoca.

Scriu acest review dupa mai bine de o luna de la data cazarii. Initial nu am vrut sa scriu nici un review, dar am mai primit pe e-mail inca o notificare de la Booking.com cu titlul "Casa Rezidentiala Pasteur așteaptă evaluarea ta". Ca urmare am hotarat sa scriu acest review Am mai stat la aceasta proprietate si a fost relativ bine. Doamna mea si cu mine, suntem nevoiti sa venim la Institutul Oncologic din Cluj, la fiecare 28 de zile pentru un tratament oncologic. Nu stam foarte mult in camera si nici nu avem nevoie de o camera cu dotari extraordinare. De aceasta data, am primit o camera la demisol. Asternuturile erau umede, patura era umeda, pernele erau umede si extrem de incomode. Totul a fost umed in acea camera. Bataie de joc.

Весь путь до самого заселения были с нами на связи. Очень удобно, что заселиться можно даже в поздний час! Конечно же хочется отметить чистоту в номере, удобные кровати, наличие всего необходимого даже в мелочах! Есть холодильник, плита, микроволновая печь, посуда. Удобное расположение не далеко от центра, достопримечательности поблизости. Сразу напротив расположен Ботанический сад.

There were a lot of stairs which made access difficult for my father who is old.

Friendly staff, easy checkin process, good size room for our needs. 20ish minutes walk for the Untold festival.

Does not have AC, we went during the summer and the rooms were incredibly hot, it was very uncomfortable. Super expensive for what it offered but then again, during Untold festival is was one of the cheapest options.

That I can get inside whenever I want . If I need accommodation in Cluj I won't mind to stay here again. Hope I will have more luck next time and the other guests would have a bit more respect for others.

That the other guests were to loud and I couldn't sleep . I had the room next to the entrance and it was hard to rest. That has more to do with the other guests respect not actually with the owner.

A dirty and mouldy basement.

The location was good - central enough but quiet, and close to our friends. The property was fairly clean. The person who was sometimes at reception gave us a towel when we requested one.

The wooden floor was in bad condition which is not very hygienic. It needs sanding and varnishing to be at an acceptable European level. My wife was disappointed that there was no coffee when we arrived. Leaving little bit of coffee for guests is a nice gesture if they arrive late and can't get to the shop. I drink tea so I am used to not being catered fro in Romania. However, a proper electric kettle would fit the description of "tea and coffee making facilities" better than just an electric hob and whistling kettle. The kitchen in general was a little under-equipped compared to other self-catering flats I have stayed in. The "receptionist" was not there very much and could have been a little friendlier. I suppose this is a pretty reasonably priced/cheap place so maybe my expectations were too high but these changes would not (all) cost much.

Clean, well designed and maintained. Good value for money.

Close to the stadium but a bit of a hike.

The ceiling was extremely low at the bed and the bathroom. You had to go do the toilet sitting down in order not to hit your head. The pictures are definitely misleading. Not having AC is fine as long as the room has adequate ceiling which it didn't.

The location was great, close to the city center, about 20 min walk from Unirii Square. Convenient system of entering the premises using only codes, no keys involved.

Very loud, we were unable to rest properly - our room (Studio Apartment) was located at the ground floor, right next to the entry door in the building. Our room door had a gap under it and provided almost no sound proofing, as we could hear very clearly every door that was slammed, everybody that talked loudly at any time of day or night in the hallway, every buzz in the doors access buttons, every notification on the owner's phone in the hallway. - the building also had a terrace with tables and chairs for guests, one of which was right in front of our window and everyday, there have been guests talking and drinking beer 10 cm from the window from lunch to 6PM. This might not be a big issue, except the fact that we spent the nights at Untold, and we would have liked to rest during the day. We moved the table one night, but it was moved back 10cm to our window the next day. - on the day of the checkout, although the checkout was at 11am, the housekeeper, which had been talking to the owner in the halloway for some time now (we could here every word), starting vacuuming at 10.30, including the base of our room door creating a lot of noise, although we had another 30min before checkout. - there was a lot of black mold around the tub -the entire furniture was quite cheap, but functional and working properly. This would not have been an issue, still the price paid during Untold was quite disproportionate (4 times higher than the regular tariffes), making this property extremely expensive during Untold for what you get.

Nice and clean, easy to get information on the booking app chat, and very accommodating. Great value for money.

Its a steep walk from centre of town, but it’s good exercise :)

I like the most it’s Location

A really wonderful place to book when staying in Cluj. It's really close to the city center and all of Cluj's attractions, business areas, restaurants, pubs or bars are easy to reach. The room was very comfortable and charming. I really love attics. Plus, it has various facilities like a kettle and a coffee maker, dishes, fridge, TV. Super nice staff. I've read reviews stating that there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. There was no such problem in my room.

Nothing, really. Everything was perfect.
