The property met or exceeded all of our needs. Great layout with a perfect location for our stay. We had plenty of room, the home was fully stocked with every thing you could wish for. We were close to our favorite restaurants, grocery store and easy access to the 101 for sight seeing. We highly recommend this property. We greatly enjoyed that it felt like a real home and not just a rental property.

Our family enjoyed everything about the house! It was big enough to gather in the kitchen and living area. Plenty of bedrooms.. The backyard was so nice with the artificial turf.. our grandson could crawl around so easily. The location was perfect! Nice, quiet neighborhood close to stores, restaurants and freeway. The check in and check out process was so easy and simple.

This was a great home. Fully loaded kitchen with any kind of gadget or equipment needed. Great communication from the owner. The community pool is awesome. Close to grocery and easy access to local attractions. We would definitely come back!!!

Beautiful house, very spacious, relaxing and very enjoyable. The kitchen was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the "community property" in the pantry and refrigerator. The owner/manager was very accommodating. We hope to stay there again.

We had 3 couples so very grateful for 3 bathrooms! Big screen TVs and plenty of comfortable seating, outdoor fire pit/grill and patio furniture and fully stocked with everything you might need! Quick communication with host and flexible check in time!!!

Our family had a great stay here! She has everything you need for young kids. We all felt right at home. The kids loved the space in the backyard to play. Quiet neighborhood with a park that we could walk to.

The 1 year-old had access to a crib, eating chair, and toys. Very thoughtful of owner. Enjoyed sitting on the covered patio. Huge kitchen which was well stocked. Parking in the garage was available. Amazing quantity of tv channels, and Wifi was fast. 2 master bedrooms was a bonus. Owner permitted our early "check-in". Highly recommend the whole experience.

Family reunion. We were there only to sleep, but it exceeded our expectations! We may stay there again next visit to the valley!

We stayed for a long weekend while in town visiting family. This house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. It had 4 bedrooms plus a large, comfy living room. Communication with the host was easy. Neighborhood was very safe. I would HIGHLY recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, roomy house in an excellent location. Friendly and accommodating owner. There were two reasons I didn't rate it 5 stars: the raw condition of the back yard, and the sense we had that we were intruders in her home. The closets were full of clothes, and half the drawers and much of the countertop space in the baths and bedrooms were occupied by her things. The back yard is in need of some landscape improvements. But the yard is large, and there were plush chairs, a fire pit, and a barbeque to use, which made it easier to overlook its unimproved state. On the plus side, the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances, and the owner was very accommodating to our requests to move her things to make space for our possessions. She has fast wifi and DirecTV. The location is excellent, being close to shopping and restaurants. There are several nice parks nearby, as well as a pool and a pickleball court. All in all, I would enthusiastically recommend this property.

This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed at. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. There is a large selection of stores, restaurants and a big mall within 15 to 20 minutes drive. Maggie was easy to work with and quick to respond. The home is just as it is described and also shown in the pictures. We would definitely recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay at Maggie's place - there was plenty of space and everything was sparkling clean and modern. We had 2 families (4 adults and 4 babies/children) and there was tons of space and even some toys. The location was absolutely perfect for us as we were visiting family 5 minutes away. Maggie was extremely hospitable and responsive to our questions. Would love to stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Proper description on site. Clean quiet. Everything is working well. Just one aspect is not really perfect is that place full of personal things left from owner like photos some clothes which makes rental experience less ideal but in general very good house to stay.

This is our second time staying at this house. We absolutely enjoyed our stay again! The house is very clean, smells great, good accommodations, conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and camelback ranch. Came to Arizona to meet up with 2 brothers and a nephew for Spring Training. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The house lacked nothing. The neighborhood is great. Maggie was super easy to deal with. We hated to leave and look forward to coming back.

Maggie was so hepful, and her house is beautiful and comfortable for a family of six.

This property is a newer home with upgraded finishes that is located in a new construction neighborhood. It has everything you would need in a vacation rental, and it's really close to shopping and entertainment areas. There was a Desert Cottontail rabbit that showed up everyday to nibble on the garden plants in the backyard, which was very cute. The owner made us feel like we were staying with family, instead of just a vacation rental. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!
