Great stay, exactly what we needed. Comfortable bed. Stocked unit. Communication with property manager was initially difficult and check-in process was not communicated in a timely manner which was a bit stressful. Once this was straightened out, everything else was smooth.

The property manager was excellent upon our arrival and provided a seamless check-in. Our disappointments and frustrations are the result of very poor response to two issues (electrical and plumbing) that arose during our stay. In addition, we were contacted with a “noise complaint” lodged by our downstairs neighbours. We are four people in their 70’s…active, but certainly not rowdy. A discussion with our downstairs neighbour, who was also renting, concluded that the building’s construction was likely the cause of the noise transmission. If you decide to rent, rent upstairs, but expect that there may be an issue with noise.

Property was chock full of all the extras. Our condominium was clean, well-furnished and bedding and towels were fresh and new. Shower curtains, bath rugs, dishes to serve 8, pots, pans, utensils, cutting board, even a meat thermometer. We needed to bring nothing except cling wrap for the leftovers. We drove to Florida from Minnesota to escape the cold for a month and didn’t know what to expect. Our bar is extremely high after this stay! The community is friendly and respectful of quiet and privacy. Property is extremely well-maintained. We were comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our winter escape. The lakes are beautiful and birds are plenty. Can’t wait to return.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Parsons Green condo. Perfect location for us, quite and a nice view of the lake. The condo is a little dated and somewhat sparse with furniture especially the second bedroom. Also, I you desire a dark sleeping bedroom bring blackout curtains. The security lights are very bright. Adrian, our VRBO contact, was a pleasure to work with.

The property was clean & nicely furnished. It looked over a lake and was in a quiet location.

This property is in a good location in Brandon, convenient to downtown Tampa and several shopping and dining options. We ran into a few minor maintenance issues while were there, but nothing that interfered with our enjoyment of the condo. This property faces Hendrics Lake, and there are water views from any room in the condo. However, we would use the name "lake" loosely as we would consider this a large pond rather than a lake. Pelicans, egrets, ospreys, ducks, and other aquatic birds can be found in abundance. There are signs warning of the presence of alligators. However, we did not see any while we were there. We enjoyed the pool and gazebo pretty much on a daily basis during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone desiring a location near Tampa.

The location was great. And Adrian the manager was very helpful and accommodating. Very small and minimally stocked with any cooking or cleaning items so be prepared and make sure you bring a lot of your own items if you prepare to cook or need any cleaning items. I wish I would have known prior. Would have been helpful. A bit dated but the view makes up for it.

Overall a a good experience, the lake was nice and eveything was as advertised. There were a couple of maintenance issues but nothing to glaring. It would have been more enjoyable if the pool was heated. I do think we will be back for our next visit.

This was definitely not a vacation rental. Unit was very clean, but very outdated. Master bed was uncomfortable, second bedroom bed great, but no tv in that room. Unit was sparsely furnished. Could not do more that minimal cooking. Most other units were permanent residents. Pool was cleaned once, and only a duck went in it. Large trees hanging over it, so it was continuously filthy. Nothing like condo rentals by Disney area

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. However, very close to shops and restaurants. The residents and guests were very friendly. The condo met all of our expectations. The furnishings were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

From Upstate NY. Wife has 2 boys living in Florida. Decided to spend Christmas in Florida. Found property on VRBO. Was excellent. Very clean nice neighborhood and great.

Beautiful view of the lake! We enjoyed a peaceful 10 days watching the water fowl and the beautiful weather. Unit was clean and well maintained and the property manager (Adrian) was welcoming and accommodating.

This was our home away from home for 8 nights while we visited our son and his family. The property, pool, lake, wildlife, and home is gorgeous, clean, and safe. The kitchen is stocked wonderfully which allowed us to cook and enjoy many meals together. We even tried out the electric grill on the patio. This was an amazing 1st VRBO experience. We will definitely be returning whenever we visit our son.

The unit was everything described. We will stay here again when in Brandon.

Property is well stocked with many of your HomeAway amenities. The location and lake view was excellent. Conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants & shopping.

I had a good overall experience. Condo was well kept and clean. My only criticism would be the building and balcony screens were full of flies and mosquitoes on walls. That definitely took away from the look.

Booking and check in was very easy. The condo was clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened porch watching the wildlife on the lake. We would definitely book the property again. Enjoyed it immensely.

Very nice place with perfect view of the lake. Overall was very pleased with cleanliness, and protects they left for us to use. All appliances available and easy to use.

We've stayed at this condo a handful of times and each time thoroughly enjoyed it. Recent upgrades have been done which were needed and make this a great place to stay. The location and pool is just an added benefit to this relaxing condo. I although didn't rate it as high as usual due to communication attempts being made with the manager with no response during our stay, having to purchase toilet paper the day after our arrival due to very small amounts being left for us upon arrival. The vacuum in the condo was useless and we had to be vigilant in keeping the kitchen spotless to keep ants from appearing.

This is the second time we stayed in this unit. It’s very comfortable, well appointed and very clean!!! Only down is need black out curtains for bedrooms. Too much light! Highly recommend.

We overall were happy with the condo. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Nice to be on the end and have the view of the lake. We were visiting family close by so it really was convenient. Our one disappointment was with the pool. There were ducks swimming in the pool and voiding in the pool. There was duck poo all over the area, so we were not able to use the pool. But, to sit out in the morning and sip coffee on the screened in porch looking over the lake was very enjoyable. Christine

Condo needs updating, 2 people can’t sleep in beds due to sagging. Living room couch is sagging. Needs more silverware. Complex had Our car towed ($190.00) to get it back plus Uber charge to get there. They said our vehicle was over a line where someone might be bringing a person in a wheelchair. Car was over 1 inch because car next to us was over too close to us. After this happened I noticed other cars over the line that did not get towed. Why ours? Could be the Michigan plate.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The set up with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on each end with living room and kitchen in between was great. Comfortable beds, great decor! Loved sitting on the screened in lanai and watching all the different birds and ducks on the pond. Great location! Check in and check out was so easy. Adrian was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so pleased with this rental. Here is why: 1) First and foremost, the setting and location. We had breakfast each morning on the balcony and really enjoyed seeing the variety of birds on and around the lake. On our walks we went around several of the adjoining lakes...all lovely. 2) The fitness center was perfect for aerobic workouts. 3) The towels were LUSH and sumptuous. Plus, there were so many provided. 4) The apartment was clean and well appointed and seemed so "new". 5) Check in was very professional. 6) We thought it was going to be very spartan and that we would have to bring all soaps, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. Not the case. They had 3 packets for the dishwasher, many coffee filters, a roll of paper towels, hotel like soaps, plenty of toilet paper for our 4 nights. Plus, 2 bowls of mints for us! Definitely recommend this rental and would book it if I had occasion to return to the area.
