Great location for golf and tennis, although the court located in the condo village wasn’t in good condition. A nice park with good courts, however, was only 5-7 mins away.

LOCATION FOR GETTING AROUND TO DIFFERENT AREAS.

The unit is just like the pictures, it is very nice, very clean. The complex is not like the pictures...it is on a beautiful small lake which was very nice...but don't get your heart set on using the pool...it was green and the furniture in the pool area was not in good shape. We didn't try any of the other amenities but the place overall just needed better maintenance. The people that were managing the property were very nice and very responsive until we got checked in, then we texted a small question and never got an answer. Overall, we had a great time, we played golf and attended a concert at the amphitheater, if we were going to be in this area again we would certainly consider this place again.

Air vents filthy , vent in bedroom could not be opened. Baseboard in bathroom moldy. Dust balls and hair behind doors will not be back next year

My first experience with VRBO. This is a condo complex; the condos are small but bigger than your average hotel room. Rooms are well equipped (they had a blow up mattress for the other 2 people, we just had our kids sleep on the couches). Internet didn't work but we were trying to unplug so we didn't bother the manager about it; he was very responsive during the whole process. The pool/community is very nice; we had kids to play with and the pool is salt water/not chlorine. There are walking paths around two of the lakes and a decent playground just out the main entrance to the left and then an immediate right. Hungry Harry's is a great BBQ joint nearby (just down Parsons to the North). Publix and Walmart are close but realize traffic can be a bear... We were within about 45 minutes of everything you'd want to visit on a City Pass. Would definitely do again. Thanks for a nice, clean, safe place to stay on our visit to Tampa!

Everything that's described. I felt right at home. But it's too pricey when you add all the other fees that add up to more then the price of the actual night you're paying for.

I loved the property...so much better than the pictures available. Clean, updated and trendy furniture, great amenities, comfortable beds, nice enclosed porch..so happy with this choice. Owners provided great communication and were friendly and helpful.

ThYes havelots of units and flexibility, if recommend this unit if you need a spce in Brandon, as it's centrally located, especially for medical office visits, and it's surrounded my medical professional buildings and a hospital. It's relatively quiet, and the owners make sure you get top notch service from Wilma.

The condo was clean and comfortable and Adrian was very helpful in checking us in. We would happily stay in this condo again when we return to the area.

I wasn't in the area a lot, because I was at the beach during the day at night it was quiet and didn't had any problems..

The owner was very nice and helpful! Even when I arrived late due to traffic, he made it a priority to get me directions to the location and checked in safely! It was very much appreciated!

We will definitely will be staying there again staff great and the area is such a beautiful view with the Lakes . This was our first time utilizing HomeAway.com and I have to say we hit a homerun with this rental. We were visiting the Brandon area for a wedding. We initially were supposed to stay in a local hotel- but decided to switch to a condo rental as it was well worth the money to do so. The property is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The area is very quiet and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of room to sit and relax without having to be all in 1 room. The property had all of the necessities (linens, towels, cooking utensils, cups, plates etc. The listing was stated and presented accurately. The gal who let us into the apartment, Sirina, was very friendly and professional. She made sure that we had everything we needed and if there was a questions - she was very helpful and provided an answer very quickly. We would definitely recommend to everyone to check this rental out. We will be utilizing this space again on our next visit to Florida. The area is well populated- so if you need to run to the grocery store or to the mall- it is all within a 10-15 min driving distance. Orlando theme parks are within 45 min to 1 hour. Highly recommended!
