-Friendly staff -Best location on the beach, which were kept clean -Comfortable beachbeds and being provided with a bottle of cold water —Varied entertainmentprogram and sundowners on the beach, with bonfire, delicious cocktails and comfortable seating on the sand -The room was wonderfully decorated and has high comfort. I especially liked the spaciousness (terrace has also a hammock for two) and the second shower, which was outdoors -Guards on the beach, so you are not bothered bu vendors -Varied menu’s with ample selection -The landscaping

Zuri is Majestic! The location is the best. The smiles on the hard working staff is what impressed me most! I am fond of flora I Could identify many unique trees and spices! They even have senna leaves😂!! The manager came to greet our family and we expressed her our high appreciation!! Ps they have oatmeal for breakfast which I really liked!! Very worthy hotel!!

I didn’t like that they don’t have espresso machine with pods in the room! For people with disabilities this hotel has many stairs!

Location is amazing, staff are wonderful and all the facilities are exactly as described and do not disappoint, each bungalow has a very private feel, the whole place is small so never feels crowded, the restaurant food is excellent although the beachside offering could be better - the private beach is well managed and maintained

Noise from adjoining hotels was very loud at times at night, the description of the hotel does not mention how close the neighbouring properties are, also we booked a private snorkelling trip through the hotel which was quite disappointing and not really good value compared to what could be

Wonderful experience. Hotel beach area was great, pool was a good size (33m). All staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was a good size to walk around and experience nature. The facility management were constantly making sure everything was perfect and nothing was broken. We only ate at the buffet restaurant every night as the changes each day was good for us. Gym was good. Night entertainment was also very good and well thought about.

Distance from the airport is about 1hr 20mins. Otherwise the resort itself nothing to say anything negative.

Everything about Zuri was amazing, the rooms, the restaurants, the beach, the facilities, everything was great. But the cherry on top for us was their high sustainability standards, which were a real plus.

The only thing that Zuri could not control was the wheather, as it rained quite a lot, so there is absolutely nothing that we didn't like about Zuri itself.

General Manager service — he was not polite and not professional in the way of his communication with the guest therapists at the spa stolen my necklace during the massage
