The structure was really nice in a great position. The room was big and it had a balcony that led to the main pool. The service in general was wonderful, the buffet could be more vary but in general we ate good meals. Animation team is really nice and fun and they always come up with new activities to do if you ever get bored. On my birthday they made me find a cake and they decorated my room with a construction of towels and petals, it was really sweet. We really had the best time and we’ll definitely come back here if we’re ever back in sharm.

everything was more than expected. The receptionist was very helpful and cooperative. The restaurant staff was very friendly with a professional service especially the manager Mr sayed. Food is tasty and of good quality. a nice sandy beach about 5 mins walking. good location with easy transportation to other areas. very good Value for money

The food served was unexpectedly good and tasty. the hotel offers free shuttle into a very good beach. The hotel stuff were very professional and helpful. The hotel location is very good near Neama bay sharm el sheikh.

The food served on dinner was limited but good. the baked items served during breakfast weren’t good. The housekeeping personnel insisted on waking us very early in the morning even on our checkout day.

the property has the most beautiful Arabic style - something more authentic and traditional, there’s you have all meals outside near the pool which is beautiful or you can seat inside. There are 3 big pools, one heated at the back with a waterfall

The location of this hotel is good. It takes around 12-15 minutes to walk to the main pedestrian street in Naama Bay. There is also a McDonald's next door for late night food. The night manager Mohammad is lovely and welcoming. The room was fairly clean and had a decent view.

The hotel is more like a motel and is at best 2 stars. The description is misleading as even though they offer many facilities, the facilities are less than average. We booked a superior double room with an upgrade and confirmed with the hotel that we would be coming to celebrate our anniversary and our flight landed late so would appreciate dinner. When we arrived we were given a less than average twin room and when we asked for the room to be changed we were told they were unable to and that they will join the beds together the next night. After complaining, a staff member came and moved the beds, sticking a sheet at the bottom to hold the beds together which when you sleep came off and the beds seperated themselves. The following night the beds were put together properly but because the matteresses were at different heights was very uncomfortable. Also, just to make you aware, the bedding is all bobbled and worn making them awful to sleep in. The night manager had confirmed dinner would be provided and we were very thankful until we saw that dinner was a plate of bread buns, 4 slices of salami and a few slices of cheese and cucumber. We asked for an iron which they said was not available. Wifi is only available in the lobby and is poor at best. As soon as you walk through, the onsite shop approaches you to pay for a local sim card. The dinner buffet gets cold if you attend later in the evening and closes promptly. The breakfast is good but beware, a crow from the swarm flying above you might just attack your plate of food if you get up. The night manager Mohammed is nice and seems like he wants to help but the execution of his help is very poor. We did not stay long as without an iron, wifi, comfortable beds and barely any attempt to resolve any of the above from the hotel staff, we felt very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Shops around selling quality products

There were almost no Wifi in the whole of the resort, the food was very bad, staff weren’t helpful at all and almost rude. With the price that I paid, I could have booked much better quality resort around the area .
