Very friendly staff, overall clean hotel

The rooms need a bit of refurbishing. No dedicated parking. Thin curtains did not block the light in the morning.

Nice cheap hotel in the centre of Puerto de la. Cruz

The parking dosnt exist at the hotel, and in the suroundings you need to be lucky to get a free spot to park If. You book from booking they will give you a small bad room, then you need to pay extra to change with something.more acceptable

Breakfast was good but lacked selection, hotel facilities were poor, no ac, no bar, no parking, hotel staff were adequate but some were more helpful and polite than others. Hotel condition is passable but need to loose the dirty red carpet and go back to tiles as it lets it down badly. Overall for the price paid the hotel is passable but wouldent stay again purely due to lack of facilities especially the bar, its a mandatory requirement for hospitality

Room was super clean. Breakfast was very good. Short walk to bus station, and very easy walk to the waterfront. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely return.

Excellent staff, very helpful and informative. Very clean, excellent selection for breakfast. superb location close to the harbour and loads of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and fantastic value for money. Have already booked to go back.

I arrived on 28 of April, i had a lot of delay so i arrived very late, i’ve made a call with Evelyn and she was really helpful and even gave me a free roomupgrade. Extra shoutout to Evelyn who made my stay wonderful to explore this side of the island. The location is perfect to everything a lot of busstops nearby. ❤️❤️ see you soon

Friendly staff, good breakfast.

The weather was quite cool at night, so the room was very cold as no heating available.

Hotel is positioned very well, few minutes from bus station if , you want to explore the island, few minutes walking from the shopping zone and 15 minutes from the beaches. It has small rooftop pool and a lot of space for sunbathing. Room we had was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is great, varied and you can et well. Staff is super kind and helpful. I would consider staying there again without any doubts.

Marte is a nice and clean hotel close to "everything" in Puerto de la Cruz. When making the reservation there were only single rooms available, but upon arrival I payed a little extra and got a double room on the 4th floor. Had a nice view to Teide from the balcony and a glimpse of the sea as well. Was soooo looking forward to stay there for a week, but the third evening I got a less pleasant surprise when coming "home"... The electricity in my room did not work anymore, and a leakage in the bathroom caused a "pool" on the floor. Had to spend the night in another room (on the 3rd floor), and the next morning I had to move to that room for the rest of my stay. The following day the "boss" had left fruits, water and a bottle of cava in my new room as a "compensation" for the inconvenience, and that was most appreciated, of course! All in all the front desk staff was very helpful and service minded,- Keyla in particular.

The breakfast buffet was quite ok, but I missed fresh pineapple and melons,- and porridge! There should be a (tall) mirror in all the rooms. My first room just had a mirror in the bathroom. Besides it would be nice to have a small kettle (but as it was not provided I brought my own...) Otherwise I missed having a towel rack on the balcony.

Location was perfect for us and staff was wery friendly.

The walls were thin like paper. The balcony was absolutely too small.

it is near the bus station so easy access with public transportation. Restaurants and sights are close
