Fantastic value for money. Staff were very attentive and everywhere was very clean and presentable. Waterpark was alot of fun and the lifeguards helped to make it a fun experience. The pool was a brilliant size and never felt over crowded, always a free sunbed. Great choices at the buffet and snack bar.

Only two minor negatives - they need more inflatable rings in the water park. Alot of them were going down and I would guess there were less than 20 for the entire waterpark. Evening entertainment was fab on one night but not very good during the rest of the stay. On the Saturday night there was a parrot show and Bingo. The other nights were chaotic and not very well planned. Children loved the mini disco to start things off though.

The room was not clean, cobwebs behind the bathroom door, under the wardrob and under the desk. The shower drainage was poor but worst was the cockroach 🪳 I think because we were on the ground floor and not far from the kitchen, they were coming in under the door.

I was worried after seeing all the bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The room was spacious and the pool was lovely. The remote for the TV wasn’t working, and the hairdryer had the wrong cable, but reception fixed that within 20 minutes of us noting it. nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they called us taxis and printed off our boarding passes etc.

The cleanliness did have a lot to be desired, but it wasn’t filthy. The worst was other people’s hair still on the floor (the cleaner uses the same mop and just pushes the hair around.) I did see a couple of ants in the room one day, but what do you expect when you have a balcony etc?? also, the breakfast was disgusting. We had breakfast once there but ate out the rest of the time - plenty of places within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner! perfect location.

My room was with the view to sea and little bit far from other rooms/houses, feels quit. The conditioner and fridge working well. I liked location of the hotel, next to the central street but more close to sea so I didn't hear cars. Lot of shops and restaurants, 30 min to go for a walk to Nissi beach. The water park of hotel was just amazing, breakfast was excellent with also grilled vegetables and potatoes. In the evenings were organized music activities for kids, but we didn't participate. The hotel has a various kind of swimming pools for kids and adults. The staff was very kindly. Everything was perfect!

The staff and food were amazing, All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My children loved the water park. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the Panthea Village water Park Resort to anyone and will be coming back again one day. 😀

The staff was lovely! We really enjoyed waterpark, we were there the whole day. The location was great as it is next to Paliatso Luna Park which is a plus for family guests.

The lunch and dinner buffet could be better with more choices (mainly different kind of meat choices), the good thing of buffets was that there was a kid’s buffet. What disappointed me the most though was that the two rings I brought with me and had them in the room the whole time got lost…or better stolen!! Please be aware and don’t leave anything in your rooms! I informed the reception of the hotel as I realized they were missing as soon as I got home! They said they will check the room if by chance they were just missed and they said they will call me back. 2,3 hours passed and they didn’t call back, so I called and they said nothing was found sorry, you can make a police report, which I did! The hotel should compensate me for that!! This is unacceptable!!!

the bed linen was “ruined by washing”, had grey unpleasant colour, even though you could see it was generally clean. the bartender in the water park was rude and unfriendly.

the good thing the property renewed the view in the village from the bungalow was good .

the remote of the A/C was sticky and not working as it is so old ,the Backa Douche was stuck and the water go out to the room and outside the bungalow,the a/c doesn’t work and the temperature in that day was 37 and it works like likely work as it is like 26’ 🙄!!!the phone was out of order …I found cups but they didn’t put kettle!! and when I told the reception about my problems she said do a complain 😯🤷🏼‍♀️!!! I wasn’t like my expectations the plan was to let my son 8 y enjoy his staying and rake few days more but what I face from the first night it was more than enough and I was disappointed
