was really nice time spent on Malta, nice hotel with great placement and we had room with amazing sea view. Pool was as well amazing. Only hint if you are traveling with small kids as we did is sea entrance as you have to travel a bit to reach beach with sand and shallow water. otherwise we enjoyed stay very much. Good part is that you have kitchen on the room so you can prepare food yourself, but restaurants nearby are pleasant.

would be nice with micro in the kitchen, but not big issue.

Tutto ,non dovete pretendere troppo ,io non ho pagato tanto , resort veramente stupendo ,piscina esterna vista mare incantevole,Piscina interna rilassante ,iacuzzi e sauna veramente top, ovviamente entravano i bambini con le famiglie nella piscina interna e facevano chiasso ,ma alla fine siamo stati anche noi bambini ,sotto all'hotel troviamo un mare fantastico sulle rocce ,da incanto ,palestra attrezzata per essere un resort con tutto l'essenziale, appartamento essenziale ,un po' datato ma ci siamo trovati bene con la cucina ,noi abbiamo presi due stanza vista mare ,tramonto e alba da spettacolo ,abbiamo mangiato fuori solo una volta ,perché poi mangiavamo nell'appartamento con vista notturna del mare incantevole ,altre cose da menzionare vicinanza alla fermata autobus ,vicino hai supermarket,vi consiglio the convenience shop che ha prodotti italiani e costa tutto la metà rispetto agli altri supermarket spella turisti,vicino all'hotel vi consiglio di mangiare prodotti di pasticceria maltese veramente buoni appena alla strada sopra all'hotel pasticceria ,vicino ci sono buoni ristoranti vi Consiglio , garam masala cucina indiana ,ocean basket pesce ,a 1 km per i ragazzi c'è il cafè del mar una discoteca vista mare stupenda. Consiglio a tutti questo resort sono stato veramente bene

Ci sono molti turisti,soprattutto giovani inglesi che fanno troppo casino con la musica

L’accueil de l’hôte, on avait l’impression de le déranger. La chambre n’est nettoyé que tous les 3 jours ! Aucune indication quant aux équipements disponibles.

We have a really good apartment with a nice view. It was clean and big. A lot of restaurants and cafes are nearby.

Just one thing: our last night was horrible because of energy issues. We couldn't sleep for the AC didn't work.

Very nice location and restaurants are nearby, you get 10% discounts in 2 restaurants close by , great to go out with family , easy access to beaches and other activities, public transport is really good, every one speaks English so no problem.

There are construction work going on , but it’s not bother us , we had a current failure in that region for few hours sometimes it happens occasionally, weather was very hot 37degree

Broken elevator, one of two. Swimming pool not part of the hotel, available for public, also salt water init, with the chlorum , Swimming pool closed at 7pm, when u back from the town. And u want get a swim in the cold water. Unable,...closed door Swimming pool open for the next 1 and the half of our. But it's not te same. Next thing. U pay for luxury, but hotel, had it maybe 20 years ago. Morning time, street noise, air conditioning nit working during the night. We had about 30°C in there.no chance for pure sleep. Definitely not recommended place to stay.

The room is spacious for a family or with 3 friends. The amenities were clean The pool is clean but time is short to enjoy swimming. the location is good because it is very accessible to most tourist spots. I liked the friendliness and hospitable of some staff.

Some staff are rude and find it difficult to understand English. There was not map for bus times and locations.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely although living room was a little dark. Outdoor pool area was across a minor road but had great facilities including a gym and indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Balcony was narrow but fitted a number of seats. Had requested partial sea view and had view of the entire bay. Cleaning was every third day and staff did a great job.

Our original room was on the top floor (7th) and had very little water pressure making impossible to bath or shower. When we complained we were moved to 6th floor where everything worked fine. Fridge was good but no door on the freezer meant ice-cream was very soft. Limited cutlery. A bread knife but no knife for cutting vegetables/salad.

the reception team was friendly and even if we arrived late there was someone there to hand us the key cards. pool is good and the gym too for the money we paid. def recommend and we will stay there again soon.

Staff was very polite and helpful they came straight away when we needed assistance.

We booked a studio apartment and there was an issue with the water pipe leading to the toilet! thankfully they came quickly and changed our room. Rooms are outdated, Tv's are too small and not necessarily found in the bedroom. Fridge was not on or was not working.

- older, but works - fully equipped kitchen - the indoor pool and jacuzzi was a highlight for the kids - the value / price ratio - even though Malta has UK power sockets, the hotel squeezed one EU socket in as well

- The Fridge was missing freezer door so the temperature was barely above freezing. The hotel fixed that in about 3 days time - there were ant-like bugs in the living room - no sunshine in that particular room - the water in the jacuzzi and indoor pool was a litte colder (not too cold though)

Good location, nice and helpful staff. Nice places, pubs, restorans and grosseries near by.

Lots of things: 1. Cleanliness terrible! Tables, nightstands and some dishes were sicky, stains and dirt on floor. Their "Covid time" politics to clean room once in 3 days - bad decision who. As there were no hallway in apartment where to leave your shoes (you are in kitchen when enter apartment) and if you want to cook some food, in second day floor is really dirty and there are no broom or something to cleen floor yourself - so you need to live in dirty apartment. And even when staff come to clean apartment - they swept the floor with a broom instead of vacuuming and without wet cleaning. I don't want to change bed or towels, but foors and rubbish need to be done EVERY DAY! 2. In description is not stated that pool is not in hotel... you need to go outside to another building. The dressing rooms and inside pool facilities were cold. :( 3. Apartments dont have heating. You need to ask for heater. First night there were no heaters left, no extra blanket etc, so it was very conld to sleep. Luckily someone checked out next morning and we got heater. 4. Not enought of kitchen equipment - no pan for oven, no knives (only butter and the large bread knife), no bowls, toaster was broken, fridge doors broken - to close them you need to do it with force. Kitchen hood does not work. 5. No sound isolation at all. You can hear everything from hallway, true walls and ceiling. It's terrible when you are forced to wake up in 8 o'clock in the morning because upstair neighbors every morning are moving the furnitures or smth.
