Location, view and access to the sea
Breakfast is in need of drastic improvements. The location of the breakfast area is ideal, but i’d rather have a buffet then be served again at that table… everything you order from the Menu comes in it’s own plate (like a sushi bar) and it just creates a mess on the table. They also need to invest in waiters, the one guy that was present was very ineffective: Not listening and bringing wrong orders, not replacing dirty dishes when asked and not even knowing if fried eggs can be served (scrambled and boiled eggs are on the menu)
Our room had like a “private” balcony with a stair that goes directly down two levels to the pool. As we were chilling, the cleaning lady used these stairs about 10 times to get a faster access to the upper levels. She was a nice lady, but it was still not ideal for us to lose the privacy we paid for.
Did not even get a “thank you for your stay” statement from reception when I paid the bills. I believe this is important when you pay 400$ a night

First of all, I must say that the pictures don’t do this place ANY justice! The place is BEAUTIFUL, the location is GREAT, the staff were awesome.

The view from the property was amazing, nice lounge chairs and a small private beach.

Breakfast was superb. Scenery was stunning. Friendly receptionist.
There's no local shop and only two restaurants close by. Also lack of information for sightseeing and tourists. The hotel could have so much more going for it considering its isolated location, possibly a shop and evening restaurant.
I would definitely book the hotel again but would be better prepared.

Amazing, beautiful hotel, in the best location,right next to the bus stop, that takes you to downtown in 15 min and 1 minute from the beach.
Wish rooms were more soundproof.

The views were incredible. The breakfast was fantastic. Being able to swim anytime was really nice given the hot weather.
The shower pressure was really bad. Facilities are a little worn—needs an update! Difficult to get a taxi at times.

in the hotel restaurant the oldest waiter was quite nice, but it was because they gave us a huge bill with a lie! we asked for a bottle of wine, but it turned out that they don't have exactly that, but there is a similar one, which must mean that it is at the same price, but it turned out that the price is 7 times more expensive! the hotel is fine, but the restaurant is a hoax.

- fantastic location with direct ocean access
-No wifi the entire time we were there
- surly staff for the most part, disinterested in making our stay a pleasant one. Our presence almost seemed to be bothersome to them.
- average breakfast prepared differently (supposed to be the same breakfast items) every single day
- random room cleaning times. Sometimes 9am, other days a knock on the door at 4pm
- place needs to be updated. Feeling very tired
- not even a plastic cup in the room for drinking tap water
