The location is top, right above marina picola.

Significantly overpriced. Only partially and superficially refurbished this Hotel needs a complete overhall to justify that price. This Hotel is like the orange juice they serve for breakfast, a watered down something of a cheap, undefinable liquid. We only chose that Hotel as all other Hotels were fully booked.

The staff were amazing especially Antonio. He advised us at every step and was ever so helpful. All the staff were brilliant. A big thank you to them.

The mattress of the room needs to be upgraded. I did have a back ache on both days. Also the toilets needs generic upgrades.. nothing big. But I would still give the hotel and stay 5*

the location

the location is superb on a cliff over the sea. that is the only + about this hotel.

tired old property. faded umbrellas and tablecloths, weeds growing in flower pots, surly/indifferent staff, inedible breakfast and coffee, bird poop everywhere on our “patio” which was also completely NOT private, walls made of paper could hear white conversations of neighbors. and our room smelled musty and funky (maybe mildew?) …white towels were GRAY not white .

View is the best part about this property. The reception gentlemen were helpful.

The property is getting tired and old. Lots of work going on around the property during our stay. Our room was the worst, no windows - a room that was a box virtually under a stairway that was right next to the staff breakout area (we assume) so it was noisy and lots of cigarette smoke. Bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was tiny. We aren’t big humans but could barely fit in it.

The sea view from the hotel is great. Great that the hotel provide free service to Cinque Terre city center, and it's timely at 10 mins interval.

Room shower is on bathtub, risk of falling as it's slippery. Will be great to provide a non-slippery mat on the bathtub and floor.

A beautiful hotel with lovely staff very helpful & friendly. The location is stunning with beautiful views over the bay. Lovely decor with comfortable furnishings. Excellent facilities. Lovely pool but also great to be able to easily walk down to the beach for a sea swim.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Wished we had stayed longer!Everything was perfect for us.

The location was stunning. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Breakfast had a wonderful selection. Room was clean & view was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only improvement would be a more modern television with the ability to cast from your phone.

The free shuttle made the experience so much better. It was so so nice and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I loved my time there and it was a perfect hotel for a little getaway.

what a scenic view from the hotel from breakfast to lunch to our balcony everything was surrounded by lush green sea generous staff Mr Antonio was kind enough to show us which places to visit and how to travel they also provided shuttle back and forth to the city amazing stay overall

Some places in need of a renovation, for example the restaurant, not very cosy.

Room was not cleaned when I arrived, staff left window open and mosquitos, ants, and a bee were in the room.
