Nice welcome at check-in and they let us get into our room early. The room was nice although a little small. Nice bright bathroom with a good shower and opening windows. Central location less than 5 minutes walk from main central station. Fabulous buffet breakfast.

A bit more expensive than we usually pay for a room but it seems that hotel prices generally are quite high in Copenhagen.

Beautiful room ! Accomodation is beautiful, well appointed and very very comfortable. Unfortunately our 2 night stay was reduced to a 12 hour stay due to airline issues, however the staff kindly allowed us to have a late checkout so we could at least spend a small amount of time enjoying our room. Bedding and bathroom facilities were fantastic!

The location is very central. Friendly staff.

My room was the size of a prison cell and had no air con - on one of the hottest days of the year. Impossible to find some sleep. Also because the bed was tiny (they put a children's bed into the room; a normally sized bed would not have fit into the room).

Booked a twin bed, got a double. Had to stay in the double for the first night of a 3 night stay. The hotel reception said they hadn't received the twin room information. The room we paid for was a superior twin. The coffee maker is a kettle Any toiletries, slippers, robe etc apart from fixed to the bathroom wall liquid soap dispensers had to be requested. We didn't bother as we had already spent time sorting out the change of room.

Lovely staff, easy check in and great value for money. Really good breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel itself is well decorated and clean, the size of the room and bathroom was good and the facilities good too. We rented bicycles for the day from the hotel which was well worth it and reasonably priced. I would recommend this location as it is close enough to most of the major attractions but still about a 20 minute walk.

Open shelving cupboard in bedroom was dusty upon arrival, towels were clean but could use replacing as they were worn around the edges.

The hotel room exceeded my expectations with its comfort and stylish decor. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler in search of an exceptional experience.

Location was very good, close to centre and train station. Room was big enough and bathroom was excellent - heated floor is a huge plus. Breakfasts were good enough even though the area was crowded on some days.

WiFi was weak and not realiable. Also the TV in the room was not connected to network.

We were very positive surprised. This was a very good place to stay. The room was big enough for two. We as mother and son had seperate beds. The hotel is very near the central station so the transfer to the airport takes only 15 minutes. Much cheaper and faster then a taxi. The breakfast buffet was large and had everything you need. It is also on walging distance to the center. Or you can take the bike which is parked in front of the hotel. We could leave our luggage in a locked room.

Perfect location coz its near the train station and bus station. We enjoyed the daily breakfast. Friendly and accomodating hotel staff too especially at the coffee shop.

beds are too small. The room we had is ideal only for 2 adults, We are a family of 3 adults. My adult son slept on a very narrow sofa bed wherein he wasnt able to move comfortably. There were no slippers too and other amenities like toothbrush and robes.

Hotel itself has a very nice athmospere/design, beiing in an old building. Breakfast very good. Parking in the streets around the hotel is free of charge after 20.00 hrs so since we were out most of the day, was cheaper to pay just the few hours instead of the 24 h fee in the parking hosue the hotel has a deal with. The walk to the center takes about 15 minutes. In the direct area there is a stripclub (next door) and a wine bar that is quite nice and also offers meals.

The beds are extremely soft, a bit too soft to my liking - the pillows seemed okay if you used one, but then after 10 mins it was like it deflated, became very flat, and when you would put another one on top, it was just too high. Also the downside of this being an old hotel, is that the noise isolation is very limited so you can hear your neighbours cough and snore.
