The hotel is in a lovely area, close to the Metro & everything else you might need like restaurants & supermarkets. The aircon & wi-fi worked well & the staff was very friendly. Very spacious room & it was great to have a little bar fridge. The breakfast was also good.

There was no kettle in the room to make coffee & tea.

The location was really good. Close to the metro and bus station, close to the supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. I also liked the neighbourhood very much. It was clean and everything was ok.

Very good location. It wasn't far from the airport and was close to several bus and metro stops. The staff were nice and friendly. Rooms were very clean as well.

The overall experience was good. The breakfast was not amazing but alright. However, the photo of the room that was presented and the one I stayed in not the same at all.

Apart from a reasonable price, nothing was right. !!

The check has no value for about 30 minutes since the reception staff does not control the work, an unreasonable reception time, it is allowed to point out that we were the only ones with 3 employees. ** As older people who want to go out in the evening to hang out, we wanted to rest for lunch In the room we returned to the room at 16:00, to our surprise the room was not arranged When I contacted the admissions manager about this, his answer was that they are sorting it out The rooms until 17:00. An unreasonable thing for guests who are already staying at the hotel Several days (meaning there is no discretion in prioritizing the arrangement of the rooms). *** We should note that we returned to the same hotel again for another night before our flight unfortunately Rabbi, and of course the room was not ready even though we arrived later The time of the check is not official, and we had to wait 40 days until Room reception. *** In short, stay away from this hotel. Extremely disappointing.

Breakfast and cleanliness

The hotel is outdated with very old and dusty curtains and carpet. For what is charged, the hotel should invest in new curtains and in modernising a bit the rooms.

Your team of employees was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I walked in. The level of hospitality and service was truly unparalleled. Additionally, I cannot forget to mention the outstanding amenities provided during my stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-stocked mini-fridge in my room, which came in handy as I arrived late at night and was in need of a snack. Your team was also incredibly helpful in guiding me towards the best food options nearby. Overall, my experience at your hotel was nothing short of wonderful.

The only regret I have is that I was unable to arrive earlier and enjoy all that your establishment has to offer. I will definitely be recommending your hotel to anyone who is looking for a top-notch hospitality experience. Thank you again for making my stay such a memorable one.
