I liked the location, the hotel area and most of the staff

Well on the first day i met the rudest bartender ever! I talked to the hotel management and they did nothing. We had the all inclusive and it's more like some inclusive, and for me and my family's opinion the food was not great. And the pools were not heated as they said it would be (at least not to a degree that was even slightly warm

The hotel is composed of different apartments which are fully equipped with all sort of things for cooking, sleeping and showering. The staff is very kind, professional, friendly and attentive. They also suggested us what to visit and helped us to book a car to visit the island. If you love quiet is the perfect place but if you want restaurants, surf schools, supermarkets or clubs you can find everything just outside. I recommend to include the breakfast as the choice of food is very wide and you’ll fall in love with the freshly made omelette! I’ll be staying there if I come back to Tenerife, the island of never ending summer!

Nice clean rooms and the food was amazing with various options, the location was perfect as it was very close to the beach and town.

We absolutely loved everything about HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife, everyone of the family had a wonderful holiday, one that we will never forget. Well done to everyone from the Greeting we received on arrival at reception to the cheerful bar staff , the pool attendants , who organised pool games, and not forgetting the hardworking people who cleaned our rooms . 👏👏👏👏👏

the bungalow itself was lovely, clean, spacious and well equipped! the bar, restaurant and pools were nice and clean! Anita in animation team was lovely

the female receptionist that greeted us was miserable! all the male ones after her though were really lovely and the pool rules were pretty strict / rigid staff

i liked the facilities for the pool. kids loved it.

i didnt like the way i had to pay for 3 adults while booking through the website i should of been able to book 3 children which was one room with 2 adults, but when i got to the desk they wanted to know why i had paid for extra and it was because booking.com didnt allow for a family price.

Location was perfect, Apartment was cleaned everyday - place was spotless. Entertainment staff very nice. Alot of rules re booking of beds at pool etc due to covid but ran really well. We didnt go All inclusive.

The prices of food in hotel itself were expensive. Could have done with a snack bar for people that were not all inclusive . Other than that it was lovely

Went in January. Perfect facilities for families, great location and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Cleaners were very good aswell
