We got a parking ticket which was taken care of by the hotel, to which we are very grateful!

We arrived late and got 2 rooms on seperate floors which is inacceptable with children (we booked rooms near each other.) Only after insisting and waiting for the manager we got rooms on the same floor.

Hotel was clean and calm in a very nice location. Breakfast was just amazing - by far the best we had during our trip to Denmark! Our room was spacious for a family of four.

Hotel was probably trendy about ten years ago. It has, however, aged gracefully. Lack of gym was the only thing we can think of as a negative feedback.

The room overlooked the water and the walk way below. It had a ledge to put things on and a stool to look out. you could see what was happening in the area. The room was very clean and efficient. The bed was comfortable.

Didn't think the dinner would be what we wanted. A couple of other choices almost next door.

Quiet place next to the lake and close to many shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with high quality food and a lot of variety.

The additional beds were really hard (we were four in a room, two on additional beds). The floor is creaking a lot so even if the others guests are quiet, you hear them in the corridor. Same is true inside the room. I would also have preferred soap dispensers instead of individual soap bottles.

Breakfast was fine with everything you want. Very good coffee from the Swiss machine.

The reception could be more comfortably furnished and enjoyable.

The hotel is situated in an interesting old building by the river. Location close to the city center. Room spacious and clean. We liked the windows and the view from the window. Good breakfast - lots of choice. Comfortable beds and nice linens.

No smart tv (nowadays it would be nice to be able to use Youtube or Netflix on tv). Movable upper part of the wardrobe. Not very practical bedside lamps. Dimly lit room, lamps gave very little light. Very small bathtub in the bathroom. A bit too expensive.

Breakfast was excellent (the salmon was just awesome). Small but nice rooms, very close to the center. The whole Papirfabrikken area is a nice example of recultivating an industrial area.

Bed was a little narrow.

The room was mostly clean and staff was polite. Good breakfast options.

The room had some spider webs near the window. Also, the upgraded room Booking gave us appears to have just been a standard double room.

The hotel location is brilliant, quiet area and only minutes walk from the centre. Parking was very easy and free! The hotel was very Danish, clean, uncluttered and straightforward. Several restaurants were adjacent to the hotel if you fancied a change and a supermarket just around the corner.

We didn't like the beds, they were small, low and not what we were use to. Room size was on the small size too but big enough.
