the staff so friendly and helpful as usual they made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable, the rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were great, the beach is wonderful, food is perfect, service is excellent - I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and close to the beach & the swimming pool.

Food terrible Staff terrible Noise kept us awake Staff giving out dirty towels Drinks served warm in a small cup Staff couldn't communicate with English Had to check out after 3 days , requested money back and gave them info . Complained every day until couldn't cope any long .

1- they tried to overcharge me in dollars using a higher rate than the official bank exchange rate 2- my booking includes a full minibar but they did not provide even after my request 3- my booking was all inclusive but they limited me to one bottle of water per day for two people. and refused to provide any water at the last day 4- they didn’t provide us any beach towels even after I requested 5- the rooms were unsanitary and the shower and sink were constantly getting clogged 6- the food was very limited and the quality was very poor

my recent stay at El Gafy Hotel was enjoyable. Most of the staff, particularly Waleed at the reception and the manager, Ahmed, were helpful and friendly. However, the hotel would benefit from more investment to keep it in better condition.

Some of the stuff needs to deal better with the guests.
