L'intérêt principal de cet hôtel est son emplacement ! Nous avons tout visité à pied. Idéalement situé au centre. L'accueil est agréable et très à l'écoute.

Les chambres sont très différentes les unes des autres. Nous avons demandé à changé la nôtre qui était très petite et sur une cour affreuse. Notre demande a bien été prise en compte et avons séjourné dans une chambre spacieuse.

Que los televisores no tienen internet, no nos gustó mucho el ascensor porqué tardaba mucho en subir y bajar y las sillas del comedor no estaban demasiado presentables.

In ottima posizione per visitare Madrid. Struttura moderna e confortevole. Consigliatissimo!

The good thing about this hotel is the location and friendly staff.

The reservation I made did not match the one we found. There was a balcony mentioned in the ad, but a balcony is subject to availability and you should specify it in the reservation!! Why do I need to specify if it's already mentioned in the room description? The room was not small, it was tiny! No space between a wall - a bed is crammed against it and makes the room one side. It's completely different from what you see in the pictures. Closet design is weird as you cannot hang even your short shirts or jacket - they are too long and don't fit. For the hotel in the city center, which expects mainly tourists, would be nice to have at least one TV channel in english. Bad smell and strange sounds from the bathroom. The room is not worth the money we paid.
