Overall the hotel and the complex was lovely but obviously they were getting ready for the summer with lots of reparation work happening. Some of the staff were absolutely lovely but in general there were a few bar staff that were quite unpleasant and rude almost. Food was good in general although my wife being vegetarian did struggle most days to find something suitable other than pasta and bread and being gluten free didn't really help her cause. Chefs however were lovely, polite and helpful. Room was amazing, clean, spacious and shower over bath was probably best we've ever had for power and water temperature anywhere so that was all good.. Nice to have a fridge in the room as well - bonus!!

Entertainment. Dont really rate bingo and karaoke as hotel standard entertainment - the dance show by the animation team wasn't great and the singing lady was very much geared to Spanish and unfortunately not in key for most. The hotel animation I have to say was very much below standard with poor evening entertainment, especially in an all inclusive development in a quiet part of town so not much else to go and do without having to pay for it. building works going on right next to pool area where we were lying.

The Breakfast

Hotel was very clean and large room.

Not value for money in fabruary. All inclusive was a bit none inclusive. No icecreams/lollies for the kids (wasnt mentioned in details) you only get certain basic drinks-no cocktails and only type of beer. They close all the various bars at certain times so sometimes you had no access to food or drinks. "snack bar" was the worst. Bread, ham, cheese, tomatoes and onion on a trolley to help yourself!! Ridiculous. Dont advertise as all sinfimf and dancing if your only this during the summer months. Completely ruined our holiday. Talking of singing and dancing entertainment was pretty none existent and the bits they did have were favoured to the French! They even have a specific set of tour operators based at the hotels for them. We had to find out information from Guests! Half the staff speak very minimal English so you cant communicate and the rest are very standoffish. Booked a cot for my 1 year old and they said they didnt realise we had a baby... Well consifering when i booked it asked the children's ages i wasnt putting my 9 or 15 year old in it was i!! Cleaners and resturant staff were lovely however. Canteen food was just that, canteen food. Different thing everday and lots of choice. Room was really big only thing ia on a night it was cold and it had only a thin aheet so we had ask for blankets as we were literally shivering. The pool ia absolutely freezing also. Far too cold for kids or adults. Kids spent their time in the playground or we drove to the beach. The hotel is onnrhe coastline.... But the actual beach is miles away. Sheer cliffs surround all the hotel's. It probably would have been better in the summer season bit it was still 19-25degrees the time we were there so was certainly warm enough to make more effort on their part. The hotel and 2 partner hotels next door were full too so no excuses can be made it was quiet.

The hotel itself was quite good. Relatively quiet location. A good sound management (no sounds from bars after 12). A heated pool for children. Wine, cheese, mountains and seaviews )

The location is not bad but if you need to walk to the sea - it is a whole trip. The food was good but boring. Cleaning was "not irritating" . We had to place a badge "clean the room"

Matress was so unfomfortable Room was dirty with a bad smell when i told them they said they don't clean it every day and the can't clean the floor at all, they have room service just 3 times per week Breakfast was disaster, worse than hostel, nothing was tasty , obviously they buy cheapest things in the world for breakfast , just 1 type of bad quality fruit , coffee machine usually don't work & I asked them cappuccino, they said machine doesn't work and they don't know how they can do it Toilet had an awful smell Room was so cold & they said they finish heaters For using safebox you have to pay daily, swimming pool is dirty and so cold Unbelievably bad experience

The mattress was lovely.

Could have been a lot better. No kettle in the room, no room service, heating didn't work in the room (at night it would get chilly),night receptionist didn't speak english, when cleaning they didn't hoover the room where it was visible dirt, shower mat/towel to put on the floor when you step out of the bathtub sometimes was provided, sometimes not, depending on who cleaned the room, safe instructors not correct, we followed it step by step and couldn't get the safe to work. Not impressed at all and most likely we'll not be back to that resort. Most staff looked overworked and underpaid. Also, no duvet of any type in the room except one wool blanket which is uncomfortable at touch. Breakfast seemed cheap and repetitive.

Very long way to beach,and it’s my opinion,but hotel is very good ,but need update the furniture in the rooms and in the restaurant!

Spacious room with an amazing view, the only thing worth improving was the food quality at dinner

Food was obviously the cheapest, no wine selection offered which could bring in the much needed influx of cash Some items were a bit used up

+ It has two big swimming pool and one small indoor, which has warmer water than others outside. + The room was quite big and had an exceptional beautiful sea and mountain view. + The territory is quite nice and they have a playground for kids. + Staff is very friendly. + There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.

- The furniture is quite old and beds are uncomfortable. - The food could be better, the selection was pretty poor, especially fresh fruits. - They had an issue with beach towels. It appeared that they don’t have enough beach towels for every guest. We couldn’t refresh our beach towels because of that.

The hotel, the stay was very uncomfortable no AC in the room I reported is so many time and they don't come fixed is .I couldn't sleep at night the room was so hot. The food wasn't cook properly I find it difficult to eat everyday. I travelled a lot this was the worst holiday I ever been at .I ask for a full refund. Because what the advertised its not so. The front desk wasn't helpful at all .I wish I could get my money back because I never enjoy my stay

The food was so bad we had to eat out, even though we were all inclusive. The free drinks are all cheap imitations that taste bad. The entertainment was awful. People had to stand or sit on the beach loungers in the evening, as there were only about 10 tables for the whole hotel. The rooms smelt bad, with manky, old stained carpets. The furniture all stained and broken. Everything was old, knackered and smelly. The bath/ shower was difficult to get into as it had a glass panel on one side and the toilet blocking the other side. You had to maneuver around the toilet to get in and out which was difficult. The hired towels were old and tatty, and you had to pay if you wanted to change them. The pool table and games for the children were over priced and at times not working. The tiles in the pool were coming off. My son collected a pile of them for something to do. Room service and towel change is not every day, as it should be. Will not be going back here, however cheap it is.

Very friendly and helpful personel,nice view from the room,awsome cleaning services.Rooms quite big and nice.Not bad localisation.Not to wide choise of the food for all inclusive but always you can find something to eat.And food was good.

Not enough tables next to the pool bar,in the evening was no way to sit down and have some drink because everything was full.No menu of the drinks on the pool bar,you didn't know what you can order.Doors from the toilet in the room was very hard to open.
