A lovely friendly, modern place Comfortable beds , excellent facilities Great breakfast, gluten free options exceptional

Breakfast was good with a wide choice but unfortunately they had run out of sausage and bacon when I went for my breakfast. It was over a 15 minute wait for new food to be brought out.

Bed was ok. Apart from red blanket at end being covered in someone’s blonde hair. I am brunette so defo not mine!

Was put in room over front of hotel. People in and out all night until early hours. Not the best choice for breakfast either. Cappuccino had no coffee in only froth. Cereal taste stale. Bed cover covered in blonde hair. Carpet full of dust, could have done with a good hoover. And mirror had definitely not been cleaned in a long while. Quite disappointed really.

On a whole our stay was passable - breakfast was ok as long as you got there before the rush!

The room was a disable friendly one! The toilet was much too low down, and the flush wasn’t really accessible being on the wall behind the toilet. The shower was good but the floor was very slippery when wet, not very disable friendly. The room has, I think, been designed loosely on what they think a wheelchair user might need, unfortunately, there are a lot of disabled people who don’t use a wheelchair! The noise level from the people in the room next door was horrendous, they didn’t shut up all night! We were subjected to loud sexual activity from the 5 men and one woman occupants, the door was opened and slammed shut multiple times. That night was really awful, when I spoke to the Hotel staff I was told not to worry as they were checking out that morning!!! The hotel has stopped providing food on an evening which was a great disappointment.

the breakfast was included with the room, there was plenty to eat and the coffee was good. Bed was comfortable and the room was warm and comfortable
