The room was warm and tidy the owner was lovely very welcoming and helpful. Was child friendly, handy to the park and the Westfield mall would go back.

Great location, very friendly and helpful host. This is an older motel but all facilities were very adequate. A real bonus was the free transport to the station for the TransAlpine journey. Definitely recommend.

Location, location, location. The beautiful Hagley Park just over the road, a brisk 15 minute walk to the CBD. The room had everything you could wish for, including induction stove top.

Was a bit noisy at times. We had a ground floor room and the noise above was a bit off putting at times but that goes with the territory.

freezing cold and couldn’t warm up the room with the heat pump, just seemed to blow cool air. Netflix wasn’t working.

Spacious for a couple with one child. Everything we needed was supplied. Beds were comfortable. Bonus was having another tv 📺 in the bedroom. Property was close to shops and places we needed to go.

Is situated in the centre of town in walking distance to Botanic Garden, Canterbury Museum, Tram. Very friendly and helpful staff

The Motel was excellent for what we wanted BUT we were there on Friday and Saturday nights and so we’re the boy races in their cats until at least 2 am in the morning. The motel provided earplugs.

The location was perfect for us. A very comfortable stay. Wonderful staff, very helpful.

Wifi wasn't working. There was only 2 drinking chocolate and for us, we dont drink tea and coffee so a little lacking there. Maybe an option online as to whether the room is upstairs or down. We were lucky to have a lovely receptionist who was able to sort that for us, on the spot.
