The location was excellent, we were taking our daughter to a concert at the O2 arena, this hotel was only 1 tube stop away, perfectly located.

There was a smell in the room wet dog? Or smelly feet? As we were only staying one night we just coped with the smell, opening the windows and spraying perfume and body spray to mask it. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, was ok for a child but wouldn’t recommend using it for an adult. The breakfast was great, very busy when we went down at 9am, there were not many places to sit. The coffee was awful! Not to my taste at all, however, the orange juice was delicious.

We were welcomed with mulled wine and mince pies!! Reception staff were lovely! I don’t know the name of the ladies but we arrived in the evening on 11th December

The hotel itself was extremely poor. £250 a night. The room absolutely stunk from the drains. Beds were uncomfortable. Shower wasn’t screwed into the wall properly.

Good clean comfortable room, friendly staff, easy check-in and out. Good breakfast. Good tube connection. Small bar area.

Quite a way from central attractions although close to Thames cable-car for O2 building; if the DLR was not running, it would be hard to get to; surrounding area was crammed horrid high-rise buildings and multiple lane roads, cycle paths etc so no views. No meals available apart from breakfast.

There was a fan noise all night which didn't go off even when we removed the electricity card. Mentioned to receptionist who just said the bathroom fans were a bit loud. But not sure it was that and even if it was, surely fans only run for a few minutes after the light is turned off. Meant a very poor night's sleep. So disappointing when everything else was fine.

Ontbijt houdt te vroeg op (9.30), dat zie je ook aan het publiek dat grotendeels het laatste half uur komt. En ze ruimen echt stilletjes alles al weg na 9.30. Jammer dat er alleen electriciteit zit op het scheer-stopcontact als het licht in de badkamer aanstaat, voor Europeanen ook ideaal om je telefoon op te laden. Maar 's nachts ( te veel licht in de kamer) of als je wegbent kun je zo niet opladen.

Good location for O2

Room was shabby . Cracked tv screen . Lumpy bed . Bathroom fan was constant and loud that it could be heard over tv . No sleep through the night because of it . Check out is 11am but house keeping just let themselves in at at 10:15 am . Bad experience all round. Highly overpriced
