Very friendly staff member, 25 minute walk from work, everything clean, solid wifi, easy check-in and check-out.

There is a bit of wear and tear in the furniture and the bedding - but the most important thing is that it was all clean and good value for the area and time of year.

The ower was superb, providing a fan when asked and helping with luggage. Location was v good - 10 min walk from Acton Mainline Elizabeth Line station. Several small supermarkets around.

No breakfast and not all rooms had a fan - essential for the temperature during our visit. Top rooms were hot.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was well made and clean. And instructions were placed where you could see them. So it was a very nice stay and for the budget it was super.

The fan on the wall couldnt move much because of the TV which meant you needed to be at certain angle to get all the wind from it. It being a hot day didnt help much. But being hot is a rarety in UK, so its not much of a complaint.

Location is perfect with access to the Elizabeth line. Room was exactly what I needed and fan was perfectly positioned for the hot weather.

Personnel super friendly and helpful. I was there to collect my mother who was arriving at LHR. The first room was on an upper floor and that would have been difficult. The hotel manager changed us to a 1st floor room. Was very clean and very nicely done up. Big television, nice lighting, great shower. Coffee and tea and refrigerator in the room. Location excellent. Very close to tube station and to many restaurants. Many thanks to everyone on the staff.

OYO exceeded our expectation by many means, especially in the light of the usually crappy other options in London. Go for it guys, you wont be disappointed!

We have been in room 303, a little bit more soundproofing could improve the quality of stay.

staff very friendly and helpful

my room was noisy because it was next to the office and the central heating pipes ran through my wall - however the staff stooped the office noise and turned off the central heating (this is midnight) when asked.
