Preço de resort porém com qualidade de hotel popular! Refeições caríssima porém com pouca variedade (exceto café da manhã que é bom) Quartos com camas horríveis, ar condicionado péssimo, sem black out, sem toalhas para piscina sem internet ( não pega internet nem do celular) Elevador demora uma eternidade.

The pool area was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Good shower. The food was good.

We had problems with the air-conditioner in the first room but were moved to another....unfortunately the air-con was very noisy and no wi-fi, so we had to move again. The credit card for the hotel is over complicated, but it works.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel by North American standards as advertised in Booking.com; it is a 2 star at best. The rooms are completely rundown and the mattresses are a cheap as you can get. The pictures shown on Bookings.com of the property are misleading. The pools are overcrowded, the outdoor space is too small for the amount of people, yet the pictures show it as if it was very spacious; it is not! The lobby is decent but everything else is very low quality, or rundown, especially for the price paid for the stay which was the equivalent to the price you would pay for a high class hotel anywhere else.

Liked the restaurant. And the swimming pools

There was no clean towels in the room had to ask for them and the next day when the room was cleaned, still no clean towels left had to ask for them again
