The front desk were extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange a very early taxi and got us an early check in which really helped! The room is not at all fancy but it's all you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also great. It is right by all the shops, cafes and things to do.

the TV program has a bad reception, I couldn't watch the World Cup in football (it wasn't matter to me otherwise) The stuff was very willing to help, but they didn't find solution

we turn on the air conditioner and many cockroaches fell from it, aprox 6 or 7 and then another ones in the bathroom, was so dirty. secondly, the TV don’t work well, haven’t good signal, all about the room it’s so old, and the shower neither work well. it’s not my first time in this hotel, but the other times were very good, I don’t know what happens but I think we don’t back to this hotel again, any hotel should’n have cockrouches…

The contact with the ladies long before we arrived was so helpful. When we arrived, the welcoming was wonderful and warming, gave us all the info we needed. There is a lift, wich is the best.. See you next time 🥰

The staff especially Antonia was amazing and very helpful and kind. A good location.

Room was very shabby. Torn bedcover, cupboard doirs not closing, tap in kitchen not working, shower cubicle missing pieces, light switch cover falling off, leak marks at window. In general badly maintained and not what i expected.

Great location, friendly staff.

Shower was too small, could only wash top half of body. Towels could be changed more often. No toilets to use downstairs for guests.

The room I had (I realise other rooms might be better!) had an air con unit outside the door on the corridor which made a terrible noise all night. The view from the window was onto an inner courtyard where all the air con units were and general junk was dumped, it was misterable. The window was filthy, had double glazing, the room did not have traffic noise as facing the inner section of the building but it was depressing. The walls are thin so you hear people talk, cough etc etc There was no bedside light - there was a huge floor lamp not plugged in and could not move it to a socket.

The location, the room, and the staff were the best. We had a very pleasant stay. We had the pleasure of Nishan as a receptionist and he was really skilled, knowledgeable and understanding. Biggest recommendations from here.
