The location was very good, close to wembley and a short drive to central london with Brent Cross shopping centre being very close. Room was fantastic, very clean and modern looking. Also got free parking on the location which was excellent and very convenient. Staff were very welcoming and lovely also!

The hotel was in an ideal location for us to drive to with ample parking. 5 mins from the M1. Then, it was a 10 min walk to Hendon Central to get an underground train on the Northern Line. Locally, there was a Nisa, an Italian restaurant that did a nice breakfast and a great Asian restaurant. The hotel itself was clean, well equipped with a hairdryer, full-size fridge, complimentary water, tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. Staff were friendly, we isn't need them for anything just check in and out. We shall be back as it was so convenient and a great find!

It's a silly one really, we had a room on the top floor which was 2 flights of stairs. Now we know the layout, for future stays we will ask for a ground floor.

Convenient to leave the car for a trip into London to the theatre. Friendly staff, comfortable room and good breakfast.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will definitely stay here again. The air con was brilliant and the room was beautiful. This is a perfect location for Wembley with a bus ride away. The staff were so friendly. I don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel.

Handily places to stay just outside the City and not far from Wembley. Free parking and quite a few spaces

Evening menu is only pizzas and no cooked breakfast but places around you could get some scran.

Location

There was a problem with the cold water and could not take a shower for 2 nights. On the first morning told the person at reception but she did not report the problem. Only on the last night it was fixed. Unacceptable. The only compencation was 50 percent diacount on next reservatiion. Would expect a refund for 2 nights. Very dissapointed
