Large and warm space in a good location, with self check-in and all the necessary amenities. Candies are a nice touch and the inner courtyard is really cute. Free parking was also great to have.

We didn't get the double bed that we booked (got twin beds instead) and I don't think the mattresses are very comfortable for an extended stay

The place is very good! Quite close to the city center - 10 minutes by feet. The room is the same as at the photos - clean and quite. The breakfast was very good and fresh! We got a taxi just from the hotel to the airport and came in 12 minutes.

Beautiful and clean hotel with plenty of space in the room. The breakfast was great. Very good location. I totally recommend it

The last 30 minutes there was no refill at the breakfast’s buffet. The parking space is limited and if you are not lucky you may not be able to park inside the hotel’s lot.

Location was pretty good. Checkin was "contactles" so we didn't interract with the staff at all. I liked that cause I'm not very social. The room was spacious, it had "2 floors", a mini-refrigerator, a desk, TV, heating, toiletries. The best thing is we had a parking spot. (They are very limited, but if you don't find one at the hotel, there are also available parking spots on the street for an hourly fee.)

We liked this place a lot but there were some pretty big minuses. The worst of all was that the bathroom door didn't close at all (not even if you tried to lock it). We used a rack of towels to keep it closed. (What if there wasn't one?!) Not all the lights were functioning and there was no way to turn lights on/off from upstairs (where the bed was), so you had do turn all the lights off and use a flashlight or something to go upstairs - a bit annoying. We found a sock and a hair band in the room... from previous guests I suppose... There wasn't a hair drier in the room, but we also didn't ask for one at the reception so maybe they do provide that. Pay attention - there's 2 hotels with "Fullton" in their name in Cluj!

Great location and friendly staff. The place is actually a NGO, which just made our stay feel even better.

Extra blankets were missing and the guests were old, they did not notice if there were a remote for controlling the temperature.

The location is excellent- just about 10-12 minutes walking distance to the city center

The room wasn’t quite clean and the furniture is very old. the frames of our beds were metal and very noisy. we also had breakfast one day (out of 4) and not only that it was poor but the food was spoiled. there were bananas which were black color already and the cucumber it was probably cut from days before because you could tell from its appearance as it was dry
