This house was perfect for our family. Very clean and well furnished. The owner was very accommodating…the location was perfect! Highly recommend

So enjoyed staying at this property while visiting Little Compton! It was very clean, comfortable and fully-equipped, in addition to being serene and simple. The large expanse of lawn surrounding the house, bordered by trees and shrubbery, was a nature's paradise. Hope to return!

This house is just perfect. Super clean, great open plan layout, big backyard, and close to South Beach. It worked so well for us. We were celebrating Thankgsiving with my husband's relatives who lived a mile away but were unable to accommodate all 5 of us. Any questions we had were answered within minutes by the homeowner(s). Will stay again in a heartbeat.

In need of a getaway, this wonderful house offered it all. Quiet. Great location close to The Commons, two decks, one perfect for morning coffee and the other just right for dinner and drinks watching the sunset. The home was absolutely spotless, the interior warm and inviting, the grounds beautifully landscaped. A gem. Mike answered our questions quickly and the check in/check out was seamless. Even though it was just two of us, this home is perfect for families too. A+.

Beautiful property! We loved the huge table for family dinners and the kids loved the huge yard and games in the basement. Lovely, quiet setting. The sunset is beautiful and it’s so close to the beach! Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay in Little Compton. This house was in perfect condition and well located. In particular, we loved the porches in front and back which allowed you to be out of the sun at different times of day and our daughter loved the huge yard. The local farms are amazing.

I booked this property for my sister, niece and nephew who traveled from Mexico, Utah and Oregon respectively. I was hosting a weekend family reunion at my home home nearby which is not large enough to accommodate my entire family. The VRBO home was perfect. Well appointed and decorated, comfortable, clean and in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Little Compton. The house was perfectly located between the Commons and the beach. We enjoyed bike rides, family soccer games in the HUGE backyard, marshmallows around the fire pit, and even a movie marathon on a rainy afternoon. Everything in the house was super clean and well cared for and Mike was fast to respond to a couple quick questions we had throughout the week. The ping pong table in the basement was a fun surprise, too! All around, we had a lovely time and would go back in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing week at Mike and Stacey’s peaceful Little Compton rental home. As mentioned in a previous review, the house was just as pictured. It was spacious, comfortable, and provided the amenities needed for a relaxing week. Mike was quick to respond to our inquiries and accommodating to our requests. Extra precautions were implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We did enjoy leisurely morning coffee on the front porch while listening to the singing of numerous birds and viewing hydrangeas in full bloom. The open kitchen/dining/living areas allowed for multiple cooks while socializing. The backyard deck was also great for meals and reading. We used the bikes provided to ride to the beach and into town for shopping at Wilbur’s. The ping pong tables in the basement added fun to the games we played around the long dining table in the evening. On Wednesday we visited the Farmer’s Market on Shore Road and recommend their peach and pecan pie. Ice cream from the Trolley on Meetinghouse Lane was a summer delight. In addition to yummy cones, their vanilla ice cream was delicious on the peach pie! We shopped at Walker’s Roadside Farm Stand for seasonal fruits and vegetables and at the Westport Lobster Co. for locally caught seafood. The Art Café had decadent pastries and is worth waiting in line. One night while sitting around the fire pit in the enormous back yard, we viewed a star lit sky and could even hear the waves at the beach. Truly magical! Our family is already dreaming of our return.

The property was clean and modern, it was just as it was pictured in the listing online. We had to be there for a funeral, so the purpose of our trip was somewhat stressful. And the location was just perfect. Everything was so close by. Highly recommend.

A modern and well-furnished home that retains a rustic vibe. The lot is large and secluded on a low traffic street, but it's also centrally located in Little Compton, which is a great community.

This was the second year we rented Mike’s home for our family summer vacation. It is a clean, well-equipped, comfortable & ideally located home. We really love Little Compton/ Westport/ Tiverton area. We bought a week pass to South Shore Beach just a few minutes away by car. We used the fire pit & loved the outdoor shower as well as the ping pong & basketball game in the basement. Highly recommend !

Our stay in Little Compton was relaxing and left us wanting to return. Mike was very responsive to the few questions we had and very accommodating to our unique needs as a Girl Scout Troop. The house was clean and inviting, with all amenities listed. We wish we had time to use the fire pit and grill and to enjoy the back yard, but we chose to explore the cute town of Little Compton and visit the beach just down the road when we weren’t in Newport hiking the Cliffwalk and window shopping. Thank you, Mike, for sharing your home with us! It was the perfect way to end our year!

A bright, comfortable, and tidy house with a great backyard for kids, and just a minute to the beach.

The house was beautiful and everything was in good order. The yard is huge. The only drawback was that we had to drive to the beach and thus pay the parking fee.

This is the second time we stayed at Mike's place, and it did not disappoint us for a second time. The home is extremely clean and well appointed. There was more than enough room for the 5 of us on this trip. The basement with ping pong table was a huge hit after a day at the beach. Grill was new and clean. The sunsets were amazing from the back deck. All in all I would recommend this home without reservation.

Sitting on a large expanse of grounds surrounded by trees and shrubs, the house has all of the charm and comfort you had hoped to find and then some. The interiors are not only spacious but tastefully furnished, thus making time spent in the house both enjoyable and relaxing. Two decks and an outdoor shower make for an extraordinary stay. Lots of great amenities (grill, outdoor fire pit, bikes, beach chairs, boogy boards, televisions, WiFi, and W/D are just some of them)!! Walkable distance to town and to the beach for those who like to get in a little exercise. Owners could not be more responsive and accommodating. Highly, highly recommend this property for a girls getaway or family vacation. Would definitely return for more stays at this house. Loved every minute being there. Lastly, it's not a 5 star house, it's a 10 star.

We loved the property in Little Compton! Mike was very pleasant to work with and the amenities were exemplary! The house was comfortable, had plenty of room for all to forget about the rain and fog and enjoy family time with games and conversation. This is a great house. All brand new construction and appliances. It’s comfortably furnished, with plenty of space for 8 overnighters. The ping pong table and basketball game in the basement is a bonus. I’d absolutely recommend this house to my friends/family. Mike is great, thank you!

more than we expected. The home was equipped with everything you could want it was also a bonus basement down there with ping-pong table and basketball which were an extra surprise for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house in a great location. Quiet and out of the way, but a 5-minute drive to the beach, and not too far from Newport or other local attractions. Lots of local produce, seafood and baked goods nearby as well. Owner is very responsive and friendly. We had a blast with our two 20-something kids, but the house would be great for a younger family as well. Highly recommended.
