This beach house had everything we needed for a family vacation at the beach. Highly recommend!

The house and yard were immaculate. All kinds of outdoor games and a barbecue grill for everyone. The street was so quiet and quaint. So many little touches that made you feel so welcome We were all so impressed. Would certainly rent again.

House is better than in the pictures, exceptionally clean and comfortable, on a quite street few blocks from the beach and from the Main St. Hosts are welcoming, responsive and kind. Highly recommend the rental!

My family loved the house and surrounding area. Walk longer to beach than expected, but there was a locker at beach with chairs. Overall, I would highly recommend this house. Home owners were a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful home. Meticulously maintained. Very clean. Sheets, beach, and bath towels provided, beds made - so convenient!!! Beautiful front and back porch. Large, spacious and peaceful house and master bedroom. So many windows! Owners very available for questions. Welcome basket upon arrival. Nice to walk around the lake, although the lake makes the walk to the beach a little less convenient. Very short walk to town and restaurants. A wonderful experience.

Open the front door...........and you could tell that this home was just waiting for you! Open floor plan, a chef's kitchen, clean & bright, color coordinated to showcase the shore, NJ, and the family. A beach locker made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Close enough to the beach but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. East walk to Main Street and restaurants. And ohhhhh......the porch!!!

House is beautiful. It is very spacious and has a nice backyard as well as front and back porches to sit and visit or read. Easy walk to the beach and to town. We really enjoyed the house. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay in the 510 6th Avenue home. The accommodations were perfect for our transition from our home that we sold to the one we are building. Short walk to the beach is worth staying on a beautiful quiet street! Owner provides games and beach toys and chairs and towels! Easy to enjoy yourself in luxury! Highly recommend this property!

We absolutely loved the house. It had everything you could possibly need or want. There was so much room for everyone to spread out. I loved sitting on the front porch reading. It was a very quiet street. The bedrooms were big and so were the bathrooms.

We could not have been happier with our stay at this stunning home. It has an extremely spacious, beautifully decorated open floor plan, with gorgeous wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is enormous and very well appointed in every way. It’s located on a lovely, quiet tree-lined street, just a short walk from the beach and an abundance of shopping and dining options. There are cozy sitting areas on the front and back porches to enjoy morning coffee, or an evening cocktail. You couldn’t ask for anything more…it’s an absolutely perfect vacation rental. We loved it and you will too!!

As this was a special holiday for our family this year we were so fortunate to have been able to rent this property our American family were well impressed having booked such a gem from Scotland.Everything lived up to our expectations and more. This home had every amenity possible and was even more beautiful in person! A great week spent here!

I spent 3 holiday weeks during December and January and had a wonderful time. The family came and went and we hosted several parties. The space and amenities were plentiful and the rooms were private enough for quiet naps. The open kitchen living area was perfect for up to 12 people to hang out cooking easily. We walked the beach and boardwalk and enjoyed shopping in many nearby towns. We particularly enjoyed eating at local restaurants and dinner at La Dolce Vita was a highlight. We hope to visit again and loved being there all together.

This house was truly a find. It is better than a 4 star hotel. Everything is new and very clean and surpassed my expectations. The kitchen high end appointments made it the gathering place for the family. The rooms are light and airy and the beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house is located on a quiet street and a short walk to the beach. Viewed the sunset at Pier 9 with live music. Our family get together was enjoyed by all. I highly recommend this house.

We were so comfortable in this lovely home. It is so well maintained and clean which makes it that much more enjoyable to spend time in. The kitchen and living area are very well appointed and we appreciated the layout which allowed us all to congregate in one open and airy space enjoying our time together. It was a great place to relax with our children who are in their 20's and is located with easy access to the beach as well as the town. The extra amenities they included in the kitchen were a wonderful bonus...in fact the kitchen is so desirable it actually inspired us to eat in on several nights although we had originally thought we would go out more often. The study at the front of the house was perfect as well since our son did have to do a bit of work and it gave him just the right space to do so. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The house has a light, fresh and breezy feeling which is just what we wanted at the beach. The house is located on a residential street and it was so quiet and we really enjoyed morning coffee and newspaper out on the front porch. We could have stayed longer on the porch but the beach did beckon. We all enjoyed the week and appreciated the beautiful space to share together.

Just had a great stay at this beautiful home in Belmar. Great location...easy walk to the beach and/or the lake (playground)...and two blocks to Main St....couldn't be more convenient. The house is perfect for a family...or extended family...the bedrooms are very comfortable and the two zone AC keeps everybody comfortable. The first floor layout lends itself to 'together' time...while the office space gives anyone a place to escape. What we enjoyed most were the porches...the front porch has an almost constant breeze...we all loved sitting there and relaxing...before, and after, those tough beach days! The back porch was a delightful place to have breakfast or dinner. The beach is wide, the facilities at the beach are clean and the beach between 5th and 6th is less crowded than most beaches in the area. Can't say enough about this beautiful, well appointed home...we loved it!
