Perfect place to return to after a warm day exploring - fabulous pool and breakfast

Amazing staff, great location and comfy clean rooms.

it was within walking distance of most things in Medina

due to it being in the heart of the medina it was not easy to find so much so that when stopped to ask for directions we were robbed by a gang of pickpockets. also bathroom drains smelt very bad and bathroom in general seemed a bit mouldy around the bath. breakfast very basic. not really worth the money paid

beautiful and serene. Turiya was amazing. always available and helpful. loved the mint tea and food she made. location was great. close to the main square of the Medina and yet very quiet.

the pool is green and not cleaned. definitely not useable. could be just for winter but they shouldn’t mention it on their website. staff can’t communicate in English which can be a problem. we tried to get a hammam and massage and when I asked for it I specifically said 3 separate rooms- which he assured me it was the case. after we changed all our plans to make the hammam at the time they had available he was trying to put me, my husband and my 16 yo son in the same room! didn’t have enough staff to do the three of us either. the staff we just ok. didn’t scrub or massage well. don’t use the spa unless u don’t care for it to be good.

The family that own the riad is so sweet and available. They make fresh breakfast and have the best recommendations. Our room was attached to a big living room and we got served breakfast there on the last day.

Room & general facility need some refurbishment Microlocation- the small street during the night was occupied by some men in late night standing there which gave a feeling of insecurity Spa & Sauna- you need to pay in addition for using it Very bad Wifi

The environment and friendly attitude of the staff. The place is geniune Marroquinean and is perfect to relax.

The internet is not stable. The place is huge ans they configured several networks rather than using one with replicators of signal. The rooms missed a refrigerator and maybe a some other commodoties such as a cooffee machine.

The staff were kind and really accommodating throughout our trip. The location of the riad is great, it’s a short walk from the main souks but still tucked away so it’s nice and quite and peaceful. The rooms are large and the overall interior of the riad is beautiful. The breakfast was always consistent and lovely as well!

beautiful hotel and staff are amazing. so accommodating and kind and nothing was too much to do for them! I will 100% be coming back to visit and so so happy we chose to stay here. massive thank you to you all as you made our holiday so special!

Immediately inside the door, you are in a tranquil calm oasis. The staff are lovely - there when you need them, but respectful of your privacy at all times. A fantastic antedote to a busy day around Marrakesh.

Perfectly clean and beautiful. The Riad cares about the details, incredible contrast with the Medina city ones you entered into the Riad. Breakfast with great quality, and next to the pool.

Ideal location for staying in centre of old town Marrakech (5 min walk from Medina and markets). Really nice bedrooms and bathroom. Riad/pool was ideal for cooling down during the day and a lovely setting to have breakfast/lunch next to. Staff were very accommodating and there was someone at the desk 24 hours.. Had a traditional Hammam in the spa here which was a great experience and incredibly relaxing.

Touriya and Fatma are the best. The breakfast was excellent en there are absoluty a great host

It is an oasis in the middle of the Medina!! It was clean, comfortable and with a Moroccan charming vibe. many beautiful spaces inside! we loved the pool! and all the staff were very friendly, helpful and super nice!
