Location is great, the breakfast is very good and it’s included.

The breakfast not very high quality , for example pork mixed with other food , people are allergic , and not much varieties for breakfast , it could be much better

The comfort of the beds, the pool is heated, good Wi-Fi connection, rich breakfasts (although important exclusions of adult treatments for children in the rate are not made clear in the reservations), the central location.

The reservation I made was for two adults and two children (9 and 12) and it specified that breakfasts were included (it did not specify any exclusion). At breakfast, they told us that the children would pay half the breakfast rate (first day) and then that the 12-year-old girl would have to pay breakfast as an adult and the child would have to pay half the rate (second day). Why does it say "breakfast included" in the reservation without further clarification?

The breakfast was outstanding: tremendous variety and delicious food. The hotel location in zone 10 is perfect for business.

The hotel cafe, St Honore, remains closed following the pandemic. This should be opened now. It’s a relaxing feature.

the property is in a really good location. the rooms are spacious and both restaurants are delicious. Alejandro was very helpful with my accommodation and had a very welcoming attitude. the service was exceptional in both restaurants throughout my entire stay. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well.

The front desk staff was amazing when we walked in, and they were very welcoming. The restaurant staff as well. Very kind and professional. The location is very central. The food is great! Fitness facility was great.

The pictures aren’t as they seem the rooms weren’t as clean, there were stains all over the walls. The beds were very small. One of the smaller pools seem dirty.

They don’t have a bar at the pool, so we didn’t enjoy it. We really missed it. Never seen a hotel without a bar at the pool. They asked us to choose between a room with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed, so we chose with 2 beds, they were full bed, not queen bed, what was kind of uncomfortable.

Nice location. Excellent breakfast and Sunday brunch buffet. Outdoor Pool was heated which was nice because it was a bit chilly outside.

We specifically reserved a suite with a jacuzzi and 2 bathrooms but when we checked in we were given a room without a jacuzzi and only one bathroom. The receptionist said that the 1 suite they had with a jacuzzi was already occupied. They shouldn’t offer those rooms as available if they aren’t actually available or change the way they are presented as with or without jacuzzi.
