Lovely appartment, large room with even a little kitchen. Nice hot pressure showers. Enjoyed my stay!

The location was in a secured area. The room itself was quite large with a sitting area and dinning area. There was natural light coming from the ceiling which made it bright without the use of light bulbs. Also, the property had hot water which was important to me.Breakfast was also free. I like the fact that they called me to remind me the times for breakfast.

Nothing much except that the property had stairs and I was put in the 4th floor. I had ankle surgery so it was my fault that I didn’t notify them to put me on the lower level with no stairs. But the staff helped carry my luggage up the stairs to my room so I was happy.

The staff were very helpful. the bed was comfortable. The room was quite and dark at night.

The shower filled up with water.

The very safe location in a secured and very quite area. You can obly hear the sound of the nature. The breakfast was eeady made for you. Comfortable beds and warm water shower. Check-in/out very quick. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind.

I checked in after midnight as my flight was delayed and had to ring the door bell 3x until someone opened.

It’s a 15-20 minute walk to shops and restaurants. We could hear every word the neighbours said.

5th floor is the best room. You have a rooftop. Internet was good between 4 pm and 9 am

We liked the fact that the rooms were like entire apartments, and breakfast was included and even delivered to the room upon request. The hotel is inside a gated community, so it is a very safe location. We loved how the hotel is built like you discover something new each time you explore it. And it is pet friendly as well , we were traveling with our dog.

The property is a bit far from the nearest stores, so you need to take a taxi or drive to get to shopping, but it is only 5 minutes away by taxi from the Oakland Mall. The only other thing was the parking garage is not accessible to our car because the ramp to get into the garage was too steep and scraped the bottom of the car when we tried going down it, so we ended up parking on the street. This is not a big issue, because the whole neighborhood is inside a gated community, so street parking is safe.

I liked the peace and quiet. The hotel in general was very decent and the people working there were extremely helpful and that made me like the it more. Very kind and truly caring!

I didn’t love the room/apartment it was kind of stuffy snd the bed was very small. Also because the hotel is surrounded by trees there were so many mosquitoes. The neighbourhood is safe on the one hand, but on the other we felt a bit excluded from the reality of the city.

Great value in a very quiet area. Special mention for the personnel, really helpful and nice. They made my experience particularly positive. My room was extremely spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette.

No water filter in the room, not the best wifi, at least during my stay.

Huge rooms with everything you need including a kitchen. Beautifully decorated throughout. Loved the free breakfast and the ladies that prepared it were always so sweet.

It's true the sink only has cold water and it's in a gated community so add 10-15 minutes to your travel time.
