location, the food court staff are good
i booked a room with bathtub but they gave me local bathroom with less facilities… its completely different from my booking…

The rooms were good and comfortable.
The facilities were not very good. The washrooms were very narrow and poorly made. There was a kitchen sink but no water. There was a cooking range but no gas. The parking was very small and narrow so you basically had to find your own parking most of the time.

There is an automobile service station very nearby which is great for it’s selection of food and wares..
It’s very far away from the conventional city center if that has much more to offer than a genuine look at the suburbs..

I just dislike booking that put this hotel on their website
It's very old, very poor no towels, no housekeeping , no water very bad smell at restaurant very poor breakfast with bad attitude from the chef
I can't blame the hotel for his policy, but
I am blaming booking.com for miss direct me with putting like these hotels on their platform

The heaters in the room was not working and we had to sleep in the sitting hall

Light is may be just 3 Watts (you feel darkness), with an Old fashion style toilet :(

The location was fine. The reception guys were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was OK.
Parking was too narrow. Easy to get car scratched. Room cleaners/IT Support guys was not friendly. Need to be trained or changed. The kitchen staff were not pleasant. Smell of cigarette entering the room from outside. Can easily cause effects of secondary smoking. Bathroom look old. Old elevator. Bedsheet was dirty. Pillow cases were not very clean. Towel was dirty. There was no pressing iron. This is strange. After threatening that I will leave the hotel, the receptionist generously gave me his personal pressing iron to use.
