Mosquito repellent missing. Ac regulator in room broken and was Fixed on a particular setting. Pool and gymnasium was not very attractive.

There is nothing to like about this hotel.

It is very surprising that someone gave this establishment 5 stars. The staff is very aggressive towards foreigners and rude. Hygiene in the entire hotel is at the lowest possible level. The entire building is dilapidated and almost unusable. There is a lack of hot water during the day, it is only possible to shower at night. The staff insists on paying in advance for all services, they blocked our room due to unpaid laundry. I recommend everyone to stay away from this so-called hotel.

The facilities were great and it was value for money. Very comfortable rooms, quite spacious, good room facilities. Though they had limited variations for Indian Veg food in the menu, they actually provided what the guest asked for

Too many follow ups to th extra Cot for my son. Rest everything very good

The property staff was not at all friendly. Some guy name Rajesh at the reception desk was the most impolite and inhospitable staff I have met. Many guests were disappointed at his behaviour and non accommodative nature. pathetic! I have been avidly staying at Clark’s properties around UP but this one man has spoiled the reputation of a 5-star trusted hotel. I will never stay here again. requests made in advance are denied even if there’s availability.

Very old property calls for maintenance and renovation . old AC's /fans / leakage in the bath rooms . staff is extremely courteous and very well trained. Rooms to be developed

They are not providing double bed on request. They always joint twin bed which really makes uncomfortable sleep.
