Over all very bad experience

The room rate paid was high relative to the hotel and class of amenities. Somehow with this tariff even breakfast which is a standard feature was not included and separate rates were applicable for buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner which was high for a location like Varanasi. This was informed to us at check in.

Wifi is pathetic and connections on phone were on mobile data for all 3 nights we were there. I did have work to keep abreast of, but wifi was often unavailable though every call to the front desk was responded to promptly. The system and process for wifi itself is faulty. With only Smart TV's in the room this is something the hotel seriously needs to look at. Its constructive feedback from a person who is well travelled and was happy with Front Desk, Bell Desk, In Room F&B, Housekeeping.

Breakfast was really good. Rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were really clean and well equipped.

ac was not working, it was not fixed even after complaining. cleaning was not good. they didn’t clean the room even after complaining. they were not sending proper cutlery even after informing while ordering meals. overall I felt they have untrained staff. Also, they have shortage of staff which made my stay very uncomfortable even after spending huge amount.

Nice property, new and international level infrastructure.. Recommended for family n couple , all basic and leisure amenities were in working conditions.
