Like that the location was not far from a main road but out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa bath was nice to relax in and checking in and out was a breeze.

Not really the properties fault although they must have an idea if they accept them, but it appeared to have some Emergency Housing guests which were a little rowdy and having spats amongst themselves.

Easy to get to . Nice and clean , well maintained and quiet.

Food options a little limited unless using uber. Windows left open after Room serviced was wierd to come home to. Milk could be refreshed

Easy to find, friendly staff, room was ready when we arrived and was clean, free in-room Wifi.

The pillows were quite hard, the wardrobe was not very accessible and the iron had large stains and burns on it, disappointing as we needed to but were unable to use.

The room was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly & extremely accommodating.

a lot of noisy people around this hotel, I’m not sure if it’s used for emergency housing. people up talking loud outside in the early hours of the morning. also people yelling and swearing

Breakfast is not provided - inconvenient

I walk with a cane - if I had known the room was upstairs with outside access I would not have booked. As it was, outside access in the rain was inconvenient.

good location and near city centre spacious room, very clean and tidy the motel staff, inc. cleaners are very polite

Sound insulation is not so good if people speak louder or make noise from another room.

Was not sure when making the booking as to what the Arena Court Motel would be like, but was pleasantly surprised. Everything was lovely and clean, and it was a very peaceful spot even though there were a lot of other guests staying there. The reception gentleman was very welcoming, and had me checked in very quickly. Thanks so much for having me, I did enjoy my stay.
