Threatened to beat my brother with a baseball bat repeatedly they also smoked cannabis in the home which was disgusting Horrible Couple would not recommend

The rooms are lovely, comfortable beds , lovely walk in shower ,tv, coffee and tea, and cold drinks in the fridge provided (with a charge ) . Some rooms have outside patio areas, which would be lovely in the warmer weather . You can pay for breakfast. The host is very pleasant .

The room was beautifully furnished and well equipped with a coffee machine and even a mini bar. The breakfast was 1st class - better than many hotels I have stayed in. Excellent hosts and happy to welcome our dog. Plenty of good pubs and restaurants a 10 min walk away.

The facilities are spotless along with a friendly welcome from the host a great start to my stay. The room was well proportioned with a good sized bathroom, there was doors leading outside with a terrace and chairs although I didn't use as cold and dark. You have all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay and with the added nice touch of under floor heating. The breakfast was well presented and plentiful would definitely recommend and will use as our main company stopover. A mini bar is available in the room with very reasonable prices if you fancy a alcoholic beverage or a soft drink. not your average B and B well worth checking out.

Better selection of coffee pods for the machine in the bedroom although there was a full selection of teas and fresh milk available in the mini bar

The property was ideally situated close to the centre of Emsworth, close to main roads but very quiet, being in a small private development of modern houses. The key fob included controls for the electric gates to the area, making it feel very secure. Facilities were state of the art, with attractive wooden floors and underfloor heating, and a high specification bathroom/wet room. Good quality fittings and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast used quality ingredients and there were thoughtful touches, such as the bowl of fresh fruit cocktail and jug if orange juice awaiting us on the table. The host was friendly but never intrusive, and nothing was too much trouble. Being very close to the station, this property is well suited to anyone wishing to travel by train.
