It was a great stay, the park was very clean and presentable, We arrived late the first night and froze as the heating didn't work. So mentioned it to the office staff the next day and they sent a maintenance guy up within the hour and wow we had a wonderful warm toasty room. Will be staying again next time we visit. Keep up the good work.

I’ve never stayed anywhere but a motel. The cleanliness of the cabin and whole experience exceeded my expectations.

I would say to other travellers looking for pet friendly accommodation in Toowoomba, go elsewhere, particularly if you have a small kitten. You should be open and transparent about what pet friendly means. Perhaps putting a "Pet Policy" in the 'terms and conditions' where it can be readily found would be a start. Contacting me nearly two weeks after I had made the booking, and just a few days before my arrival, to ask if I was bringing a pet (why would I book a pet friendly room if I wasn't??) and then charge a $15 pet surcharge after the booking and payment has been completed is outrageous. This should be clear at the time of booking. It is not the money that concerns me, but the way it was done. I find it interesting that of all the pet friendly accommodation I have booked, you were the only ones I had any issues with. Perhaps this is a reflection of poor quality management.

you need a folder in each cabin showing places of interest,places to eat,eateries that deliver and local phone numbers including emergency numbers. i rang a cab to go out for dinner which didnt arrive despite 3 phone calls. had there been a folder in the cabin i could have ordered a delivery. subsequently i had no dinner.
