Etablissement idéalement situé près de l'avenue commerçante Kokusaidori. L'hébergement est un mini studio avec balcon (pratique pour faire sécher sa lessive), au confort japonais (tatami et futon). On entre, on quitte ses chaussures ; sur le côté, un évier, un four micro-ondes, une théière, en face la salle de bains (lavabo, petite baignoire, WC) et fond la pièce (tatami, 3,50m x 2,50m) avec télé, petite table, porte-manteaux et cintres. La clim est payante (100 yen/3 heures) et peut être arrêtée en absence. Le propriétaire et sa femme sont charmants et à l'écoute. Mon 3° séjour ici.

ベランダ付4畳半、バストイレ共用部屋でしたがとても快適でしたよ。 国際通りも直ぐで便利。 の割りに、ガヤガヤしてないし静かで良かったです。

清潔。アクセスもよく、洗濯もできる。ドライヤーもあり、タオルやシーツ全て清潔でした

エアコンが夜中コイン切れで止まり夜中暑くて目が覚める。

とてもいい立地で、国際通りのうるささもなく、施設も綺麗で安くて過ごしやすいです。 2階は壁が薄めではあったけども、とても広くて快適です。

この施設というわけではないと思うのですが、どうにかしてほしいのは…2階か、もしくは向かいの家の2階？あたりから深夜1時過ぎでも大きな音でYouTubeを見ていて…それがずっと聞こえ続けるのがストレスでした。どこだかわからないので注意もできないけども、おじさんの咳払いとか聞こえるので男性なのだと。窓はあけてないと暑くて寝れないため、音はずっと聴こえてきてました。他の宿泊者は気にならないのかな。前はこんな事なかったのですが。

The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Guesthouse ruled by very nice people and a handsome dog. Nice and comfy experience sleeping on tatami. Only a few minutes away from Kokusai - Dori.

Everything was good.

I really like it! The room was big ! It's good for the price!
