I have lived 20 days for take care my father for living in the NAHA HOSPITAL .So Hospital tell me we can go back my country. I cancel the Cozy stay 7/17-7/20 in 7/15.But Cozy stay say I must pay the 3days fee.

The room was very spacious, neat, cute and clean. There’s free parking on site. Family Mart is in the next build. Also, McDonalds, Mos Burger and 7/11 are super close. The washer and dryer in the room were much appreciated. They also provide cutlery and everything you need for cooking.

Outside (the hallway) smells kinda funky. The AC was dripping so loudly at times, I had to turn it off for the night.

It has a washer and dryer inside the room! The room is spacious and the view is excellent. The bed is so comfortable.

You cannot store your luggage before check-in or after check-out because there is no staff at the front desk and it is a self check-in/out hotel. The location of the sockets is not so convenient.

Good size bathing area and washer & dryer was very helpful. The electronic key access into the lobby and rooms was very nice & secure.

Roon 402 had a large bag full of garbage and there was no garbage can or recycle bin in the room.

The hotel was perfect for our needs in a good location, close to the city center with easy access to the main roads and expressways in that part of the island. Room was super clean and very large with separate areas for the kitchen, washer, bath and toilet, and sleeping, lounge area. Kitchen came with utensils as well. Hotel doesn't have staff on site but that wasn't an issue.

The location is fairly close to a large city hospital which means you do get the sounds of sirens from time to time, but the rooms are designed to buffer the sleeping area from the street, which did help a little.

Love the size of the beds and space to accommodate all five of us comfortably.

There was a kitchen but there was no utensils so it meant I couldn’t cook anything. Using a microwave wasn’t easy sometimes as I had nothing to transfer food onto to hear things up. Plates, bowls, and silverware would have been helpful. A new kitchen sponge would be nice too vs a used one.

Clean, apartment was a nice size, has a kitchenette.

There is not really a lot happening around the property and it is definitely somewhere you stay if you are driving in Naha. No train stations nearby. We had to rent the basic kitchen stuff like fork/spoons/pans/pot/plates even though the apt came with a kitchenette. It was not crazy expensive to rent but I would think some basic cutlery could be provided. parking is a little tight when you are driving a medium size car and especially so if you are driving a big car

the hotel itself was reasonable but the room was very inconvenient for long stay. there was no closet or drawer and there is no point to have apartment style if there we are not provided cooking tools. Why do we have to pay to use them??? and laundry? you should put dryer stand at least. since hotel has no staff to meet in person you should write more information on website or leave it in the room about garbage and housekeeping… etc. Well we enjoyed our holiday there.
