Absolutely great hotel and facility, co-located with onsen and sauna to sweat out the night before and gear up for the day. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations with authentic soba and mac jagger, no buffet style where choices run out. Full plate of food and full belly, definitely max value for the price, can't wait to go back!

Lack of a proper wardrobe to hang your clothes, and perhaps to stow away the luggage.

The breakfast buffet was truly excellent with an extensive choice of dishes. Apart from that the location in the city was good and very quiet despite being close to the main street (Kokusai Douri). The bedroom was a good size with excellent lighting and plenty of plug sockets, some desk space and a small table with two chairs.

The breakfast drinks left something to be desired as the coffee was not very good and the cold drinks were sugared, fruit-flavoured drinks rather than fruit juice. The "patio" was just a small balcony which you couldn't use for anything. It was hard to adjust the air-conditioning and the air was very cold so we switched off in the end and opened the door to the balcony. The font desk staff seemed not to speak much English except for Andy, but we only met her as we were checking out. Otherwise we would have asked why there was a hotplate but the cupboards where pots and pans, and plates cutlery were probably stored were locked. We didn't need them really but it was odd to have a small kitchen and nothing to use in it.

1. The staff is quite helpful. 2. Good location; located in a quiet residential area but only 5 mins walk to the main street (shopping area) and the market. 3. Room is well-equippted with separate rooms for bathroom and toilet.

4-beds room is a bit crowded as there will be no room for the luggages to be laid down and opened. Somehow the room smells a bit moldy but you can turn on the air refreshener to make it better.

The location is really good. Also the garden was Just beautiful!! They arranged us a great view room. I loved it.

Decoration was a little too dark. Also, I thought the onsen (hot springs) was too expensive!
