Perfect localisation, good berakfast.

Toialet in the room didn'work. How is it possible that no one checked it during the cleaning .Had to use garbege bucket to flush the toialet.

a perfect location in the very centre of Madaba close to everything in the town, friendly and helpful hosts, access to alc beverages ( tips at the reception ), big private parking, additional key for late entrance after midnight, air conditioning

would appreciate stronger wifi signal reaching all rooms and not only near reception & elevator zone

Room was very cold, and it looks a little while before it gets warmer (same for shower). The lady in the front desk was not very friendly (I've never seen her smile).

Rooms are clean and they offer you simple breakfast. Everything is fine as you get what you paid. Located in the heart of the town so you can easily access everything. If you wish you can buy some souvenirs at front desk to support local school (run by church) development.

- the staff preparing the breakfast seem like didn't care to refill the foods and to ensure all utensils are available. I had 2 days breakfast, but always short of cups, plates, glasses, spoon etc. - overall cleanliness is not up to the par.

Great staff, we arrived after midnight and they welcomed us and showed us where to eat that late. Recommend!

very good location, free private parking and quite, proper heater (working well), open windows with mosquito net, hair dryer and toilet paper provided, solution provided (when problem took place) fast, acceptable price. there’s a common place (terrace), and fridge.

woman on reception didn’t know about transport and told me there was a bus to the airport so I budgeted for this. I was later told by other staff she doesn’t know what she’s doing and it’s not true so why is she on the desk? no useful drainage and flimsy shower curtain so when you’ve had a shower once, expect the floor of the bathroom to be wet for the rest of the time. the key to my balcony area didn’t work so I couldn’t lock the door. the location is very central but unfortunately this means you’ll be woken up by the call to prayer and church bells which are loud and next door and if you’re unlucky by a dog that barks throughout the night. I slept 3-4 hours.

Madaba and the pilgrim's house exceeded our expectations! We fell in love with this city. Great environment, we are so happy we decided to stop here. We are also very glad we decided to stay in the Pilgrim's House. The location is perfect! The Room was very comfortable and the staff was very kind. The whole place looks like an oasis of peace and quiet in the middle of the vibrant Madaba!

Parking spot, location, amazing kind staff

It would be amazing to have at least one bottle water for free when you come because tap water is not drinkable, the shower does not have any divider on the floor from the rest of the bathroom so after taking a shower all the floor is wet even though there is a shower curtain.

Lovely clean place and Ayman is a wonderful host. Not only he helped me with the room, he showed me the city. Even though they don't serve dinner, I had arrived late and he gave me a tray full of food which made me feel welcome and cared for.

The door of the room was tricky to open .

very clean ! exceptionally helpfull staff - i arrived very late, due to The flight delay around 5am :( and Majed Was great all The time on The phone messaging me The instructions and even picked me up in The street when i Got stuck in one-way street. also the next day his colleagues were very helpful with advising me with shopping, money exchange and Traveling info. THANKS a lot
